A luxury 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, yet only a 10-minute walk to the centre of Puerto Banus, with its beautiful sandy beaches, magnificent marina and fashionable shops, restaurants and bars and vibrant nightlife. The elegant lounge and front bedroom have patio doors leading on to a large covered balcony terrace, with wonderful views over the Mediterranean Sea, Golf Valley and the impressive La Concha mountain. The rear bedroom opens on to a smaller balcony that overlooks one of the swimming pools.

The Costa del Sol region

One of the most attractive features of the Costa del Sol is the three hundred days of sunshine it receives each year. In winter, the lowest expected temperature during the day is 14C and in summer it has intense temperatures ranging from 25 to 35C.

The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area

The popular resort of Marbella is less than 4 miles away and Ronda, Mijas, Gibraltar and Granada are all within easy driving distance.

In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, and a variety of shops. The famous bullring, with its very popular Saturday market, is only a 3-minute walk away. For golfers, there are five prestigious courses within a 10-minute drive, surrounded by mountains and stunning scenery. There are also tennis courts nearby.
