The master bedroom has 2 single beds with an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the sunny terrace. Situated on the ground floor the accommodation consists of 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 marble bathrooms, dining area seating 6 people, living area with open fireplace. Marble floors throughout.
There is a a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and hob.
The lounge opens onto a covered terrace looking onto the lush gardens and is furnished with table and chairs.
There is also a large terrace accessed from the bedrooms with sun-loungers etc.

The apartments are set within beautifully tended gardens.

Situated in Golf Valley there are 5 golf courses within easy reach.

The apartment is located opposite the clubhouse of the prestigious Aloha Golf Course where you can dine on the veranda whilst watching the sun set. There are 4 other golf courses and a driving range nearby. There are several other bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The fashionable resort of Puerto Banus and the famous Gold Mile is just 5 minutes away. This is the place to be pampered and the setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.
Night-life buzzes in Puerto Banus, while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here. Just 10 minutes away is the flamboyant and historic town of Marbella.
Explore the back streets in the old part of town. One of the prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the older district.
The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Puerto Banus (1 mile): Exclusive and famous luxury yacht marina with shops, bars, restaurants. Centre of night life activity. Place to see and be seen. If you do not want to drive the L5 bus route outside the property runs every 2 hrs. taking you to the port. Also bus routes to Marbella and San Pedro. Alternatively taxi's are readily available.
Marbella old town: (15 mins): Beautiful and charming old Spanish town with steep, narrow streets, restaurants and bars. Can be visited during the day or at night.
Mijas: (45 mins); Lovely old town hanging on to the steep slopes well above the town of Fuengirola. Great restaurants and beautiful narrow streets make this a place you want to visit over and over again.
Ronda: (1 hour): Another gem of a town perched above a deep gorge, easily accessible by car from Marbella
An abundance of water sports are available including para-sailing, jet-skiing. In the winter months, a short drive leads to the Sierra Nevada mountains nearby for (snow) skiing.

From Malaga to Apartment: By Car. Head out of the airport exit and follow signs for Route 340 direction: Algericas/Cadiz (West). You have two choices. To stay on N340 or take the toll highway known as AP7 or E15.
