This is a great apartment in a wonderful location in the heart of Nueva Andalucia with Puerto Banus a few minutes away. The apartment has a lounge / dining area with patio doors leading out onto the furnished terrace for al fresco dining. The gardens are well managed with tropical flowers and well manicured lawns. The master bedroom has 2 single beds with an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the sunny terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and there is an A/C heating system for all year round use. Private car park.

You will find local restaurant, shops and supermarkets within easy reach.

There is a a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and hob.

The lounge opens onto a covered terrace looking onto the lush gardens and is furnished with table and chairs.

There is also a large terrace accessed from the bedrooms with sun-loungers etc.

There are 3 swimming pools within the urbanization which is a gated community.

The apartments are set within beautifully tended gardens.

The apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc and is no more than 5 minutes drive away from the exclusive resort of Puerto Banus renowned for the quality of its night-life, restaurants and designer shops.

Situated in Golf Valley there are 5 golf courses within easy reach.

The apartment is located opposite the clubhouse of the prestigious Aloha Golf Course where you can dine on the veranda whilst watching the sun set. There are 4 other golf courses and a driving range nearby. There are several other bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The fashionable resort of Puerto Banus and the famous Gold Mile is just 5 minutes away. This is the place to be pampered and the setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.

Night-life buzzes in Puerto Banus, while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here. Just 10 minutes away is the flamboyant and historic town of Marbella.

Explore the back streets in the old part of town. One of the prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the older district.

The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area

Puerto Banus (1 mile): Exclusive and famous luxury yacht marina with shops, bars, restaurants. Centre of night life activity. Place to see and be seen. If you do not want to drive the L5 bus route outside the property runs every 2 hrs. taking you to the port. Also bus routes to Marbella and San Pedro. Alternatively taxi's are readily available.

Marbella old town: (15 mins): Beautiful and charming old Spanish town with steep, narrow streets, restaurants and bars. Can be visited during the day or at night.

Mijas: (45 mins); Lovely old town hanging on to the steep slopes well above the town of Fuengirola. Great restaurants and beautiful narrow streets make this a place you want to visit over and over again.

Ronda: (1 hour): Another gem of a town perched above a deep gorge, easily accessible by car from Marbella
An abundance of water sports are available including para-sailing, jet-skiing. In the winter months, a short drive leads to the Sierra Nevada mountains nearby for (snow) skiing.

Fly to Malaga - Los Pinos is approx 40 minutes away.

Cheap flights available from flymonarch.com,ba.com,XL.com, Easyjet.co.uk from Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Luton to Malaga airport and many others.

Taxis are easily obtainable from the airport - a taxi costs approx. €64 during the day and €76 after 10pm and over weekends and holidays.

Bus - Malaga airport to Marbella bus station The cost is €4.30, the journey takes 45 minutes and it is a very good service. From Marbella bus station take a taxi to the approx. €10 during the day and after 10pm and over the weekends and holidays approx. €12.

From Malaga to Apartment: By Car. Head out of the airport exit and follow signs for Route 340 direction: Algericas/Cadiz (West). You have two choices. To stay on N340 or take the toll highway known as AP7 or E15.
