This elegant apartment is comprised of two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a tumble dryer. The master bedroom has a recently updated bathroom en-suite.

The decorations are light with furnishings in neutral colours which lends a spacious air to the apartment. Price includes weekly maid service when renting for 2 or more weeks. A change of linen once a week is included in price. There is a digital safe available for your personal use.

Within a few minutes walking distance is Puerto Banus with its unique yachts, shops, restaurants, boutiques and shops where one may enjoy the unique night life.

The Costa del Sol region

Marbella is privileged to have sun most of the year. The temperatures vary between 10 to 40 degrees.

Malaga has the museum of Pablo Picasso and they celebrate their festivities middle of August.

The Puerto Banus / Playas del Duque area

The local festivities of Marbella are in June and October.

Within 45 minutes is Gibraltar and cities like Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada are all within 2 hours drive. Ronda is a particular interesting place to visit with Roman ruins and the oldest bull fight ring in Spain.

Fly into Malaga (AGP) then take the National Road N-340 to Marbella. Puerto Banus is 7 kilometres West of downtown Marbella. There is a 45 minute, non-stop bus service from the airport to the bus station in downtown Marbella.

We can also arrange for our taxi driver to meet you at the airport or book a car rental for you.
