About the home

This lovely 5 bedroom villa has only just come on to the rental market. With 5 double bedrooms, a sofa bed and 2 extra beds this large, spacious villa can easily accommodate up to 14 people. The villa is set on 3 levels with the lounge, dining room, kitchen and one double bedroom and en suite bathroom on the ground level as you come in to the villa. The villa offers air conditioning in both lounges and in 3 of the 5 bedrooms the other 2 bedrooms benefit from the large air conditioning unit centrally positioned in the downstairs lounge. In the first of the 2 lounges the villa has it offers 2 reclining cream leather sofas where you can relax and the enjoy the free to view sat TV on the 42” flat screen plasma TV. The kitchen is situated at the rear of house with direct access to the ample terrace, gardens and swimming pool there is also a bbq for those wishing to try out their culinary skills. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and is finished off with black granite work tops which complete the clean white kitchen. Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All the rooms on this level are finished off with marble floors. On the upper level of the villa you will find 2 further double bedrooms, one of which is the large master bedroom, both of which are en suite. Both bedrooms have access to their own private Juliette balconies one of which as great views to the very heart of Puerto Banus. On this level there is also a large terrace overlooking the front of the villa and surrounding area. On the lower level of the villa you will find the 2nd of the lounges which is large space and offers a dining area, 2 leather sofas one of which is a sofa bed and your own private bar where you can sit and enjoy a cold drink while watching the villas second 40” wall mounted plasma or enjoying a quiet game of pool! Off of the lounge you will find the last 2 double bedrooms which are furnished as two twins. There is also a shower room on this level and the integral garage. Outside to the front the gardens are paved with potted plants, to the rear there is a large elevated terrace which looks over the private pool, lawn all of which are surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palms.
This is a lovely property in a good condition which offers space and comfort in order to complete your perfect Puerto Banus holiday with the added bonus of shops, bars and restaurants all only a 6 minute walk away!!!!

The villa has the privilege of being located right on the edge of prestigious Puerto Banus and is only a 5 minute walk to local shops and restaurants with the heart of Puerto Banus only a 5 minute car drive away with all it has to offer including designer shops, exotic restaurants and the prefect night life all year round. Marbella can be reached easily within a 10 minute car drive,

The Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area

For the children within a 15 minute drive there is Selwo Safari Park, while within a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction they can enjoy the Sea World Centre at Benalmadena Marina or perhaps the Dolphins at Selwo close by or Tivoli World. In Torremolinos there is a huge water park or for the more adventurous the crocodile park! All in all, something for everyone and a location all but impossible to beat. Book early to avoid disappointment!!!!!!!!
