This property has been tastefully furnished to the highest standards, recently refurbished and is certainly a home from home. Bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space.
Marble flooring throughout, spacious lounge leading onto the patio.
Air conditioning and heating makes the apartment suitable for winter breaks as well as hot summer hols.

The high light of Playas del Duque has to be its location and stunning garden areas. Sunbeds are available poolside however this property has its own private sunbeds on the terrace, 24 hour concierge service also.

We have English speaking representatives who will meet you on arrival, show you round and hand over keys. They are also on hand should you have any questions during your stay.

Although this apartment is to rent the owners often use it, so we ask holidaymakers to treat it respectfully.
Conditions
To secure a booking we ask for a 25% deposit of the full rental fee. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure (plus security bond).
A refundable breakages bond of £300 is required, paid with the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of the guests return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
We kindly ask guests not to smoke inside the property.
The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol Region has most definitely got a relaxing 'Spanish' feel to it, although the location of Playa del Duque gives guests the options of tranquil gardens or buzzing night-life! Many varied options and places to visit, fabulous cuisine amongst glorious scenery and beaches.
With an abundance of bars and exclusive restaurants in the Port, Banus is a place to relax and unwind as well as enjoy yourself to the full.
The area benefits from all year round sunshine, even January temperatures can reach 20 degrees.
There are many places of interest close by, including Selwo Safari Park and Algeciras Water Park, both fantastic for kids, the famous Rock of Gibraltar which is popular for duty free goods, and also the El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Puerto Banus, selling everything from fresh fish to designer clothes.
The Puerto Banus / Playas del Duque area
Puerto Banus is most famous for its lively night-life, exclusive restaurants and luxury yachts. Playas del Duque is just minutes from this, but wander around the idyllic gardens and you are in a different world.
You are also only a few minutes drive from the beautiful and famous Marbella, and the quirky streets of Marbella Old Town, well worth a visit.
The apartment leads to the beach where you will find the legendary Ocean Beach Club, which includes spa facilities, a restaurant, cocktail bar, swimming pool and giant white leather beds. Situated right on the beach its close to a sea dip too.
Puerto Banus certainly offers a fabulous, unforgettable holiday experience.

Playas del Duque is easily accessible from both Malaga and Gibraltar Airports.
Most guests hire a car however we do have a meet and greet service available where you will be collected from the Airport and taken to the apartment, prices available on request.
For guests wishing not to hire a car, Puerto Banus is on a bus route from Malaga and is very easy to find.
Directions will be forwarded to all guests.

Preferred payment is by via bank transfer or by cheque.
Credit card payment can be made via PayPal however a 3.4% fee is applicable.
For bookings of less than 5 nights, a cleaners fee of £150 will be required, to be paid prior to departure.
Please be aware that due to the increasing amount of enquiries for this property, bookings cannot be held without a deposit.
The change over day is flexible, in most cases we ask guests to vacate the property at 11am on the day of departure if there is another party booked on the same day.
