The Costa del Sol Region has most definitely got a relaxing 'Spanish' feel to it, although the location of Playa del Duque gives guests the options of tranquil gardens or buzzing night-life! Many varied options and places to visit, fabulous cuisine amongst glorious scenery and beaches.
With an abundance of bars and exclusive restaurants in the Port, Banus is a place to relax and unwind as well as enjoy yourself to the full.
The area benefits from all year round sunshine, even January temperatures can reach 20 degrees.
There are many places of interest close by, including Selwo Safari Park and Algeciras Water Park, both fantastic for kids, the famous Rock of Gibraltar which is popular for duty free goods, and also the El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Puerto Banus, selling everything from fresh fish to designer clothes.

How to get there
Playas del Duque is easily accessible from both Malaga and Gibraltar Airports.
Most guests hire a car however we do have a meet and greet service available where you will be collected from the Airport and taken to the apartment, prices available on request.
For guests wishing not to hire a car, Puerto Banus is on a bus route from Malaga and is very easy to find.
Directions will be forwarded to all guests.

Although this apartment is to rent the owners often use it, so we ask holidaymakers to treat it respectfully.
Conditions
To secure a booking we ask for a 25% deposit of the full rental fee. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure (plus security bond).
A refundable breakages bond of £200 is required, paid with the balance 6 weeks prior to departure. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of the guests return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
We kindly ask guests not to smoke inside the property.
