Home description
Whether the holiday is for a family or small group the apartment is ideally suited to a comfortable stay in luxurious surroundings. The apartment is tastefully furnished and laid out for maximum relaxation and privacy. Each bedroom (one on each level) has its own en-suite and each bedroom has its own private balcony. The main terrace which is located off the living-room is very big and is ideal for entertaining and/or dining al fresco. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would have at home to make dining in pleasurable/ Satelite TV/Video and a good selection of films to suit all tastes. Situated on the ground/first floor the apartment has three pools literally outside the front door, one with a children's pool. Secure car parking space is provided in the underground carpark with direct lift access to the apartment. Supermarkets, pharmacy , shops are located a few steps from the apartment with the weekly fashionable Banus market held at the nearby Centro Plaza which also hosts a variety of bars and excellent restaurants.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Puerto Banus is the most fashionable resort in Southern Spain. It is a busy Marina, not only for some of the most impressive yachts in the world, but also as one of the most popular locations for dining and nightlife in the Mediterranean.
There is something for everyone - cafes, restaurants and boutiques are clustered around the harbour. Puerto Banus is the ideal place to relax and admire the yachts whilst having a drink on the waterfront. The choice of international restaurants is amazing, with most of them situated right on the marina with spectacular views.
The nightlife in Puerto Banus is incredible, with a huge choice of alfresco bars, casinos, piano clubs and discos. Puerto Banus and Marbella boast some ofthe finest stores in the world for clothes,furnishings and all the accessories of luxury living. If shopping is your passion designer names such as Gucci, Chanel, Armani and Versace are all here.. For another view of the marina, boat trips are available on a regular basis. and the trip from Banus to Marbella is well worth taking.
There are several Golf Clubs in Puerto Banus, including La Quinta ( 27 holes), Los Naranjos (18), Las Brisas (18) and Aloha (18). These can be booked in advance if you wish. Tennis courts are available at the nearby Hotel PYR and there is also the Los Granados Tennis Club in Puerto Banus with three tennis courts and two paddle tennis courts. Paddle courts are also available at the apartment complex itself.
Puerto Banus / Nueva Andalucia area
Puerto Banus is a year-round resort with the sun shining over 340 days of the year. Spring is great for golfers and for visitors who enjoy the relative tranquility and pleasant temperatures (up to 25 degrees C). Summer is wonderfully hot (at 30 degrees C or more) and the resort buzzes with activity. Autumn and Winter are still pleasantly warm and sunny (at 20 degrees). Local trips worth taking either by organised tour or by car include the historic Roman town of Rhonda, and the culnary village of Benhavis nestled in the mountains. A trip to the cultural city of Seville is only a two hour drive and well worth a visit while in Spain. Likewise, experience a little bit of England in Spain with a visit to the historic town of Gibraltar (but bring your passport).
How to get there
Flights from all major cities to Malaga. Senorio is approx forty minutes by car from the airport which costs about €60. Otherwise there is an excellent coach which goes direct from the airport to the central bus station at Marbella (€4) with a taxi rank outside to Banus (approx. cost €10). Car hire available from our preferred and cheapest agent at http://www.holiday_autos.com Local buses run from outside the apartment complex to nearby towns of San Pedro and Marbella.

Further details indoors: The apartment has been equipped as a home from home and is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Well situated on the ground floor with maximum privacy provided the apartment is suitable for those with children or those who may find steps and stairs a difficulty.
Further details outdoors: With three swimming pools and a kiddies pool the apartment also has well matured lucious gardens which are perfect for relaxing in the sun with a good book. During the summer months there are many owners with children so company for the kiddies is never a problem. In the off peak periods the complex is relatively quiet with a peaceful and tranquil aura. The complex is secured twenty four hours per day and all doors and entrances are secured by key codes.

The apartment is available for rental periods of one week or more with flexibility on arrival and departure days to facilitate best flight offers. Longer term rentals can be arranged with generous reduction on the rental rates.
A booking deposit of 25% is required and balance is payable eight weeks prior to departure.
Conditions
The apartment is most suitable for families with young children wishing to have a comfortable relaxing family holiday with everything on-hand. It is also ideally suited to couples or small groups who wish to be near enough to the bustling shopping / night life of Banus but far enough not to be in the centre of it!! The apartment is also ideally located for those who wish to play golf at many of the nearby courses or indeed, use the apartment as a base for visiting the many 'must do' sights nearby.
