About the home

Luxury 2 double (en suite) bedroom apartment. (Suitable for 4 people). Two terraces. 2 parking spaces.
The apartment is on the ground floor with the living room leading onto the amazing award winning gardens through the main terrace. The terrace with a big table faces a beautiful fountain and a little wood bridge.
The apartment has marble flooring inside and outside (in the two terraces).

The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality electric ceramic hob, oven, washing machine , dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven, plus some electric items such as toaster, iron and vacuum.
The apartment is very bright and in a quiet location within Puerto Banus.

We are a Spanish family and after searching around all the Costa del Sol area, we decided this was the best place to have our holiday home! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Please note that for security reasons the Gym and Indoor pool are only free for apartment owners, any other person should pay 10 Euros/day to access these facilities. Otherwise, for gym regulars there is also a bigger and fully equipped gym in Banus.
TV's in living room and main bedroom. The TV has many channels, BBC 1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 etc.
DVD and CD players are also available.

Enjoy the spectacular award winning communal garden, the large swimming pool, the restaurant and the fully equipped gym with indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
Just outside La Alcazaba there are tennis courts that can be used.

-The apartment is available from 14:00 on the arrival day until 10-11:00 on the departure day. We are generally flexible to suit early arrivals or late departures.
-Reliable cleaners employed by "La alcazaba" are available if need it. (Additional cost).

The Costa del Sol region

Puerto Banus is in the heart of Andalucía region. Andalucía is the main holiday destination for Spanish nationals and one of the principal destinations for overseas tourists.
The apartment is 45 min drive from Ronda, 1:30 hour drive from Granada and about 2 hours from Sevilla and Cordoba, four of the most colourful and beautiful cities in Spain.
Also closed to Sierra Nevada Mountains which alouds visitors to combine beach and skiing holiday during the winter season.
Africa can be seing from the beach, so why not discover Morroco? (by ferry via Gibraltar or Ceuta).

The Puerto Banus / La Alcazaba area

The apartment is located:

-3 min walking to the beach. ( With a beautiful seaside walk "the Paseo Maritimo" from Puerto Banús to Marbella).
-5 min walking from luxurious Puerto Banús. The port is fantastic for shopping in the most exclusive shops, enjoy the restaurants, bars and pubs or just walking around.
-2 min walking from “El Corte Ingles” shopping centre.
-15 min drive to Marbella old town.

-Marbella is surrounded by around 20 golf courses; such as La Quinta, Rio Real, Las Brisas, Valderrama...perfect for golfers!
-Make the most out of the local markets of Puerto Banús (on Saturday) or Marbella (on Monday).

-Enjoy all year round of Spain’s beautiful weather, top quality shops, friendly people, and delicious food!
