This amazing villa is situated between Puerto Banus and Marbella, and has every luxury item you can imagine to make your perfect holiday.

LOCATION

This fabulous villa is only a 10 minute walk to an array of shops and restaurants, or a 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Marbella’s extensive Golden Mile. Marbella central and Puerto Banus are only 5 minutes by car in either direction. It is also possible to walk to Puerto Banus along the Paseo, passing by an extensive array of beach bars and chiringitoes, play areas for children, water sports and beautiful beaches, until you reach the exclusive Puerto Banus. In the opposite direction towards Marbella, you will find more of the same as well as shops and market stalls until you enter Marbella port, and can then even explore the Old Town and the famous Orange Square.

ACCOMMODATION

Situated on a plot of 2,000 sq metres, and having a build size of 600 metres, this enormous villa is ideal for all types of holiday makers, large groups of friends or families. Being on one level this villa is also suitable even for the elderly, infirm, and disabled. The villa consists of 9 double bedrooms to sleep 18 comfortably with additional sleeping for 2 more if required – making a total of 20 potential guests at any one time. It has 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are en suite (2 with a shower, and 4 with baths and shower) and there is also a separate cloakroom.

LOUNGE AND DINING

This villa has an enormous interior lounge area inside, and a second lounge area on the covered terrace. Both lounge areas have flat screen TVs. The interior lounge features an open plan well stocked bar and leads to the main dining area, and a second breakfast area, with additional dining for 8 in the kitchen. Outside on the covered terrace there is a huge table to seat 20 which overlooks the pool and garden.

The fabulous designer cream kitchen has tons of storage, all the latest mod cons, a stainless steel American fridge freezer, a centre island with gas hob and stainless steel feature extractor, a designer pull out oven, granite worktops and a large walk in cupboard with second American fridge freezer and lots more storage. It leads out to a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

There are 9 conventional bedrooms, 5 of which have en suites. These comfortably sleep 18, with sleeping for an additional 2 provided by single extra single beds provided in the bedrooms.
The Master bedroom is a work of art with animal print furniture and 2 double beds. It has a separate dressing room and the en suite has a designer shower, a huge circular Jacuzzi bath, bidet, sink and WC. All the bedrooms are double with quality furnishings and furniture.

Just 10 minutes walk will bring you to the main road into Marbella, where you will find an array of fabulous restaurants (including several offering buffet or 3 course lunches for less than 10 Euros) supermarkets, banks, shops, video / DVD hire and so much more. The villa is ideally situated close to the N340 which leads directly to Malaga or Gibraltar, and the fabulous La Caňanda covered shopping centre with hundreds of shops, restaurants, a bowling alley and even a cinema is only 5 minutes by car.

COVERED TERRACE

The large covered terrace has a pool table, a second bar area with bar stools, a games table complete with many board games, a large dining table and chairs, and a lounge area with flat screen TV. It has panoramic views of the garden and heated pool.

GARDEN & FEATURE ITEMS

The large landscaped garden has a further 2 uncovered terraces, one designed around the pool which is dedicated to sunbathing, and a further one outside the kitchen which is dedicated to outside dining and entertainment.
A feature path leads out to the covered exterior BBQ kitchen / Bar which is kitted out with oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer, BBQ and designer storage units.
Behind large exotic plants in one corner of the garden is a feature Jacuzzi house which contains an illuminated Jacuzzi and is the perfect place to relax. It seats up to 7 persons at one time.
Next to the pool terrace is also a designer paddling pool which is ideal for children to splash around in and is also deep enough and an ideal place for adults to sit in and cool down, and watch the last rays of sunshine.

Leading from the covered parking bay which can house 3 cars is the converted garage. This is now a well equipped gym with all the equipment you could need to burn off all those extra holiday inches.
The landscaped garden features many flower borders with palm trees and exotic plants.
At the back of the villa you will find a selection of fruit trees, and a second garden area which is great for kids to run around in and explore.

“Very tired, dirty property” We stayed at this villa in July 2011 - three families with children (mixed aged groups) The location is very good - however it is very close to the motorway so you will hear traffic noise whilst sunbathing The property was not very clean, the furnishings are shabby the pool was dirty and we were not able to use it for 3 days and four members of our party got ear infections.There is a lap dancing pole in the outside seating area? Some of the bedrooms smelt fusty, one of the beds was broken, a broken toilet - these are just a few problems that we experienced We did bring matters to the attention of the home owner and she did try and rectify the problems with the swimming pool however it isn't ideal when you are away on holiday that you are unable to use the swimming pool for a number of days. We did mention all the problems to the home owner so you would hope that she has taken on board our comments and sorted some of the problems We spent a considerable amount of money on this villa and it was not worth the price we paid Response: I am so sorry these families did not enjoy their stay here - they admitted they were not happy from the minute they exited their cars and sadly nothing I did could please them. They had already received a substantial discount when they booked so when their holiday was spoilt mainly because they had to return home early because their son got sick, I felt very sad for them. They admitted their houses back home are luxurious - and I think in all honesty they simply booked the wrong villa for their requirements and the budget they might normally spend. I felt so bad their vacation was shortened that I even offered them to return another time and try a different villa complimentary as they were lovely people It was a shame - but in this business , try as hard as you can, you just have to accept you cannot please all the people al the time.

“Amazing Villa” This is an absolutely outstanding villa, in a great location, in easy walking distance of the beach and a few local shops/restaurants and bars and a few mins in a cab into Puerto Banus itself (you could walk it if you werent as lazy as us!) From the first contact I had with Suzi enquiring about booking, through to her meeting us when we arrived at the villa, nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly, professional and helpful, gave loads of information about good places to go and booked us taxi's to and from the airport which were cheaper than us making our own way - she is a lovely lady. The villa facilities are amazing, a huge modern kitchen, great big lounge and bar area and the bedrooms and bathrooms are of a very high standard. The place is huge, we all kept getting lost trying to find our rooms! The outside space is beautiful, lovely pool, plunge pool and jacuzzi area, loads of sunbeds, big outside dining area and a lovely outside seating area. I couldnt recommend this property or Suzi the owner highly enough, we'll definately return for another girls weekend soon! Response: This is the normal type of response I get from clients - and should anyone require it - I can supply a further list of very very happy clients, who have all stayed at this villa and been delighted. The fact that some have returned year after year I feel speaks for itself.

Thank you for providing us with some wonderful facilities for the week. You really have a lovely Villa in a beautiful area and it was nice to know that we had been left with all of the amenities we required to have a great time. I hope that our effort of cleaning, hoovering, polishing and washing saved your workforce some time.
I must apologise though as on the plane I suddenly remembered that we did not replace your half bottles of J and B, Gin (and I think maybe some Brandy) so if you let me know how to repay you I will get that sorted ASAP.
Thank you also for showing us some of the nicer bars in Banus that we would not otherwise have found and I hope we didn’t embarrass you with our antics too much, or with our singing in NewsCafe. Each and every one of us though has had the time of our lives and we will never forget our 7 nights in Marbella, thanks mainly to our fantastic base - and thats down to you.

The villa is amazing. We stayed there last year for my sister in laws hen party. There were 15 of us in the group, the villa is huge and to be honest the pictures don’t do it justice. If you book it you will be blown away by the rooms and our particular favourite, the outdoor recreation area.

The pool is lovely and the outdoor dining table was well used by us in the sunshine :) we did not bother to hire a car, but for a longer stay of a week or more its recommended. There are shops locally but there’s a bit of a hill to lug the bags up so i recommend a car or taxi :)

Suzi is very helpful providing the names of local companies and she was most helpful to us during our stay.

We are definitely going back for a family holiday at some point with all the family including the little ones.

I hope you book the villa and enjoy your stay in this little gem of a villa.
