On the first floor there is a large masterbedroom with bathroom en-suite and another smaller bedroom with one single bed, there is airconditioning and heating in the whole house.
The famous marina of Puerto Banus is within a 10 minute drive where you will find many bars and restaurants, for those wishing to play golf some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol i.e. Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha and Magna Marbella are all within a 5 minute drive.

Conditions
The prices quoted include:
- Electricity and water consumption (except Low Season and Christmas Season).
- Cleaning on departure.
Reservations can only be made if a deposit has been received. Within one month prior to arrival we should have received 50% of the total price.
The balance is payable cash on arrival or by bank one month prior to arrival.
CANCELATION CONDITION:
In the event of a reservation being cancelled prior to 8 weeks before the departure date there will be a 50% refund of the booking reservation deposit less 50 Euros for administrative costs, in all other case there is no refund we strongly suggest our clients take out holiday insurance in the event of this occurrence.
The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol begins at Malaga city and stretches all the way to the border of Cádiz province. Communications revolve around Malaga International Airport (8 km west of the city) and the N340 backbone coast highway.
This part of the coast is highly developed in terms of both property and infrastructure. It attracts the main percentage of Spain's international tourism.
After Marbella and Puerto Banus the greatly improved district road from San Pedro de Alcantara inland to the historic town of Ronda is the most important inland connection.

Marbella is one of the best known towns on the Costa Del Sol, it offers a wide variety of attractions to suit the young and old alike. The old town of Marbella has a warren of cobbled streets with many shops bars and restaurants; in the centre is Orange Square or la plaza de Los Naranjos with fabulous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine and wonderful exotic tropical plants.
The coast of Marbella offers a beautiful promenade with long golden sandy beaches and intimate bars and cafes to while away the days. Marbella location is ideally set so you can explore the many photographic white villages or take advantage of the many sporting activities that are available in the area i.e. golf, horse riding, tennis, walking, sailing etc.
Puerto Banus. Costa del Sol.
Puerto Banus is one of the trademarks of Marbella at its most cosmopolitan and an indispensable standard for luxury tourism. The place consists not only of the port installations but also the network of streets, plazas and promenades on which are located the shops, restaurants and cocktail and tapas bars that, in short, make up this “catwalk” to which flock the famous and the non-famous. Puerto Banus is really a small city—a very special one, certainly—and as such has all the services to be expected of an urban centre, although in this case one with very unusual characteristics.
It has one of the most cosmopolitan environments in all the Mediterranean and continues to be one of Marbella’s solidest tourist attractions.
In the vicinity of Puerto Banus there are nine 18-hole golf courses and one with nine holes that has lighting that permits play at night, all within a radius of less than ten kilometres. In these same environs there are also tennis courts for international competitions, bullrings, a casino and an auditorium for outdoor concerts. All this, along with a well-tended beach, makes Puerto Banus a tourist resort with a leisure offer that is hard to beat.

From Malaga Airport take the Autovia direction “Cadiz”, “Algeciras”. It is not important if you take the toll highway up in the mountains (nice views) or if you stay on the coastal highway (N-340). Both join in the top of Marbella. Arriving in Marbella take direction for Estepona till you find the first exit for Puerto Banus. The villa is now within a 5 minute drive.
