This oceanfront one bedroom, two bathroom condominium was remodeled following its purchase and features amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and Fatima Bay. It is located on the first (not ground) floor in the beautifully landscaped and gated Chac Hal Al complex within the gated Riviera Maya resort community of Puerto Aventuras (PA). The condo can be rented in conjunction with a neighboring studio apartment which sleeps two. If you are unable to leave work at home, we recently installed fiber which has increased significantly WIFI speed and reliability.

As a corner unit, the condominium has ocean views from the bedroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet with programmable safe, dresser, bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV, and a large desk for guests who might need to check in with work while on vacation. A private balcony with water views is accessed from the bedroom. The attached bathroom is finished with tile, glass block, and a shower.

The kitchen has new Santa Cecilia granite counter tops, a four burner cook-top stove, microwave and oven. A Weber gas grill is available to use on the balcony. The kitchen comes furnished with pots, pans, plates, bowls, water and wine glasses, silverware, utensils, a coffee pot, blender, juicer and toaster. The glass-top dining room table seats four and a second balcony, perfect for watching the sunset over the water, fronts the dining area and living room.

A flat screen TV with cable and a Blu-Ray player are mounted on the living room wall and the room is furnished with a newly purchased and comfortable couch and matching love seat. Built-in cabinets in the living room open to reveal a queen-size Murphy bed. Located just off the living room is a second bathroom with a marble vanity top and tile finishes, a shower with glass shower door, and a new clothes washer/dryer stack. The layout works exceptionally well for one couple, two couples traveling on a one-bedroom budget, or parents with one or two children.

Picking up on the stunning colors of the surrounding Caribbean waters, the condo is decorated in blues and grays, reflecting a modern beach chic with a few touches to remind you that this beach is in Mexico. On the walls are photographs of some of our favorite places in the Riviera Maya.

Whenever we are able to spend time in our vacation home we can't help but think of our good fortune. We think you will feel the same, and hope to soon share our home with you.

    How do damage deposits work?

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lachlan (the owner) a message.

    If Lachlan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
