Notes on accommodation
There are only 12 apartments in this luxury development. However, because this is a relatively new apartment, only a few are occupied so the pool is a lovely place to be for some peace and quiet. This apartment will suit couples and families.

Accessibility
The walk into Andratx port is pleasant for those who enjoy walking. It is downhill all the way into the port, and obviously uphill coming back but there are plenty of taxis to be found that will happily bring you back if you are too hot or too tired to walk back. For those more energetic though, it is a good energetic walk back.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Port Andratx with all amenities. Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Cala Llamp beach club with its amazing restaurant, pool and access to the sea is 5 minutes drive away.
Golf
Camp de Mar Golf Club is only 15 minutes drive away, there are a large number of clubs near by.

100% payment required for all bookings. Please call or email us to book. We also require a £400 damage deposit on booking. This will be returned on receipt of the keys and after cleaning has taken place. Please report any damamge to use immediately.
Linen and towels included. Cleaning at the end of your stay costs 60 Euros per week(to be left at apartment upon departure). Linen changed weekly. Bring your own beach towels. Please note if the cleaning money is not left a £25 bank change will apply.

The Puerto Andratx / Cala Llamp area
Andratx is situated in the west side of Mallorca, south of the Tramuntana mountains. Andratx's seaside is characterized by high cliffs and small rocky beaches.
It is widely known for the resort of Puerto Andratx, which you may also see written as Puerto Andraitx.
Geographically the area is approximately 20 miles or 32km, west of the capital of the island Palma and the International airport, and encompasses the towns of S' Arracó, Sant Elm and the resort of Camp de Mar.
One of the most interesting facts abount Andratx is the important artistic heritage that has been preserved inside, like the Baroque altarpieces. Puerto Andratx is not heavily visited by tourists and it still remains "undiscovered" by the large tourist agencies. It still manages to retain an authentic Majorcan feel.

Exit the airport grounds taking the highway PM-19 west.
Keep straight on highway PM-19 to arrive at intersection of highway PM-20 heading for Palma. Continue on highway PM-20 to arrive at intersection of highway PM-1.Keep straight on highway PM-1 to arrive at intersection of Carretera de Palma-Andratx. Continue on Carretera de Palma-Andratx to arrive at intersection of highway C-719.
Once on the motorway continue for approximate 30 minutes and look for signs for Port De Andratx. You will go through a number of tunnels and once you see signs for Camp De Mar the next exit will be Port De Andratx. Turn right and follow the road to the roundabout. Continue straight over and head towards Port De Andratx. At the coming roundabout with Barclays bank on the corner, turn left, last exit and head up towards Cala Llamp. Continue over the first roundabout up the hill.
At the roundabout at the top of the hill turn right and continue past the Gran Follies development. Approximate half a mile you will find your apartment on the right hand side; it is two white buildings with a security gate dividing them. Opposite at large villa number 31.
Please park on the road and enter the property through the gate. Parking is available inside and the control for the main gate is in the kitchen. Please use parking space number 1.

Guestbook for Port Andratx, Cala Llamp
Thanks very much for rental of the apartment, had a great time, and absolutely loved the place. From the start one of the great things was how easy it was to get to from the airport, and so quick, and on the way there, arriving on top of the cliffs, the views were so unexpected, very Mediterranean, reminded of being down on the Amalfi coast with the fantastic views. The apartment itself was great, the block is quite quiet at the moment, but straight away it feels very welcoming, like a home, but slick, beautifully decorated, and you know instantly you can relax and chill out, inside or on the balcony. I just plugged my iPod straight in, opened the patio doors and cracked open a beer and enjoyed the garden, but that's just me. Again the
rooms were just right, comfy beds, all the drawers and cupboard space you need, and very relaxing, which I think sums up the place generally. While you're there you really do feel like you can relax, have a drink, slump and watch a DVD.
