A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment enjoying sensational 270 degree sea views across a delightful bay at Puerto Andratx and to the Mediterranean beyond. The apartment is located within a small, frontline community with direct sea acces and a swimming pool.The apartment, with a 100 m2 built area and a magic sea´s edge location, has the following distribution: a small reception area leads into a light and sunny open plan living room with large glazed doors looking out to the terrace, enabling the dramatic sea viws to be enjoyed immediately upon entering the apartment. The open plan, fully- equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.The apartment is equipped with a cot and a high chair. The 16 m2 terrace runs the length of the apartment with wonderful sea views and a sunny aspect.It is an easy 15 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and a small beach in the port.Camp de Mar, which has an excellent golf course (18 golf course on Mallorca) and a lovely sandy beach is only 10 minute drive away.

Puerto de Andratx is a charming fishing village in the southwest corner of Mallorca and the jewel of the island. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. The village has a promenade around the port with many bars, restaurants and cafes at the water's edge.

This location is also a great choice for golfers as there is a beautiful 18 hole course some of the best course in Spain.Camp de Mar Golf cours within a 5 minute drive. For those who prefer the beach, Camp de Mar has a fantastic sandy beach, as does San Telmo, also only a 10 minute drive away. For kids there is a water park in Magaluf.
Shoppers will not be disappointed either. Spain is known for its fabulous leather and there are beautiful shoes, bags, and jackets to be found in the shops around the port and in Palma. There are also a number of galleries and clothing shops in the port.
How to get there
Fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport.Car hire is cheeap(from about £ 15 a day)and the taxi fare from the airport to Puerto Andrax is around £40.We can also arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport in a car or van for an additional charge.

Conditions
BOOKINGS: Please note, to enable more flexibility with bookings, additional days can be taken beyond the week. Please ask for the total cost when enquiring. Times for the rental start at 3 pm on the start date, and the house MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of rental. This is to allow for preparation and cleaning. Again, we can be flexible, depending on the previous or next booking, please aske when enquiring. Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday (other days on request).
DEPOSITS: A 30% (non-refundable) deposit is required when booking. This is to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. PLEASE NOTE: No booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance MUST be received 4 weeks prior to the start date, or at the time of booking, if within 4 weeks of the start date. An inventory and property deposit of EUR 450 per rental period must be received along with balance, which will be refunded in full, subject to there being no damage or breakages, within 14 days of your departure.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend you take out full holiday insurance, in case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. On bookings of more than two weeks, a cleaning service will be provided once a week, which includes laundering of all bed linen and towels.
