This property is built on the cliffs approx. 2 km from the beautiful village of Port Andratx. In the south west corner of Mallorca, about 25 km from the airport.
The entire apartment was tastefully finished in April 2006 and is in a perfect condition. Great for walking holidays, golf or water sports, as well as for a relaxing holiday on the beach or for enjoying a winter sun break. Puerto Andratx also offers a good night-life and a variety of top class restaurants.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the biggest of the Balearics and its size is reflected in its diversity. Palma, the only real city in the Balearics, has wonderful Gothic architecture and grand mansions.
The maze-like streets are great for exploration, and the city has some of the most inexpensive tapas bars and restaurants in the Islands. There is also lively night-life to be found in the Plaça Llotja area.
Puerto Andratx / La Mola area
Known as Mallorcas' St Tropez', this chic resort is hidden away in a beautiful natural harbour and surrounded by mountains. Port Andratx is a beautiful fishing village complimented by quality restaurants and boutiques.
There are a number of excellent golf courses nearby as well as a large marina and sandy beaches.
This is an all year round destination and proves popular both in the winter as well as the summer with tourists.
How to get there
Puerto Andratx is approx 24km from the airport.
Car hire is cheap (from about £15 a day) and the taxi fare from the airport is around €40.
