This authentic rustic finca is perfect for its walking distance to the port, as well as for its tranquility, situated in one of Port Andtratx’s prime locations. Enjoy chilling out in the hammock under the natural shade of the palm trees by the pool, or Al-fresco dining and BBQ'ing with the port as your backdrop. The house has a roof terrace where you can see the 360-degree panoramic view of the fishing port and the surrounding Tramuntana Mountains, great for lying out under the stars at night. There is a shaded outdoor terrace with a dining table, which seats 10 people, overlooking the pool, and a courtyard at the back of the house if one is looking for privacy. Casa Isla is suitable for everyone including children of all ages, elderly and disabled persons.
The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, open plan kitchen, laundry room, dining area and living room, with a Moroccan open fireplace. The house is very rustic, with raw stone walls elegantly framing each room, wooden beams and natural stone tiled floors. The poolside casita has two extra bedrooms and a bathroom, positioned within the most beautiful setting of the floral garden and the stunning palm trees.
A finca with an authentic Spanish feel to it, but with the pure comfort of a newly refurbished home, with all the mod cons one might need for a totally indulgent holiday.

The Puerto Andratx area
Port Andratx is one of Mallorca’s finest holiday destinations, with its chic boutiques and restaurants but still managing to hold on to it’s strong Spanish culture at the same time. The fishing boats sail into the port daily bringing fresh fish to the marketplace situated in the centre and there is also a finca a few minutes drive from the house, selling organic vegetables and freshly laid eggs.
Only ten minutes drive from Camp de Mar Golf Club and beach and San Telmo beach, Port Andratx is so close to all the amenities and only half an hour drive from the city of Palma and the airport.
