En-suite master bathroom has both power shower and bath with jacuzzi. The double bed is a five foot or king bed in both the master bedroom and one of guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a standard double bed.
Second en-suite bathroom has power shower.
All balconies furnished with Garpa furniture with sunbeds and dining table and chairs on the roof terrace.
Plumbed in Miele cappucino maker in kitchen.
There is a shared community pool with sunbeds, sunshades and a shower.
Please note that the two single beds are in fact bunk beds, there is an additional truckle bed under the bottom bunk so there is potential to sleep three children in that room.

The shared swimming pool is situated in a gated enclosure on the front sea line and has extensive decking with outdoor furniture and enjoys direct access to the sea. There is ample parking on the road in front of the apartment.
For those with restricted mobility there is a lift up to the penthouse but access to the front door of the property is up a flight of steps and the apartment is split level. The pool is also accessed down a flight of steps and the walk down to the sea from the pool is steep.
For those with children please note that the apartment is on the third floor and has a large roof top terrace as well as a number of balconies. No children under the age of five please.
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic islands located in the Medieterranean Sea off the south-east coast of mainland Spain. Majorca has a wonderful lush landscape, especially in the hills, with stunning scenery, great plant life and the perfect climate. The Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain range running down the west of Majorca, has just been made a World Heritage Site in recognition of the extraordinary techniques used to develop agriculture on its steep slopes over the centuries. The hottest and busiest months are July and August but Mallorca is beautiful in early spring when the almond blossom is out and furthermore the Spring and Autumn are good for activity holidays and is of particular interest to cyclists and hikers and all those interested in water related activities. There is also plenty to see if you are interested in plants or birds and lots on offer to those in pursuit of culture. The city of Palma is approximately a 35 minute drive from Puerto Andraxt and is home to many attractions including: Bellver Castle and the magnificent cathdral more of Palma's attractions are listed at the following website: http://www.palma.com/v/attractions/ The painter Miro bought a studio in Cala Major not far from Palma which is now a museum open to the public (http://miro.palmademallorca.es/).
The Puerto Andratx / La Mola area
Puerto Andraxt is a beautiful and exclusive resort in the south west corner of Mallorca, located in a natural harbour surrounded by rugged mountains. Fishing boats supplying the daily fish market in the port, sit comfortably alongside luxury yachts in the marina and the beautiful yacht club which opens its excellent restaurant to the public. Puerto Andraxt is well populated with a fantastic variety of restaurants many of which are situated on the waterfront and together with the chic boutiques they lend a cosmopolitan feel to this tiny resort. For those with teenagers the excellent 'Tim's Bar' is a popular meeting point before moving on to the only nightclub. There are two small super markets, an excellent grocer, bakery, banks, a post office and a tourist information in the port. For those who wish to indulge in water sports it is possible to hire a variety of boats in the harbour and there is also a reputable diving school. The Santa Ponsa Country Club is located approximately a 20 minute drive from the apartment and offers: golf; tennis; large indoor and outdoor swimming pools together with a gym and a spa, daily and weekly memberships are available, the website tells you more: http://www.spcountryclub.com/en/index.asp Closer by is the Gran Folies Beach Club in Puerto Andraxt.

We booked this penthouse through Holiday Lettings and were thrilled when we arrived. The views were fantastic and we could swim in the sea in our own little bay, accessed from the rocks by the pool. It is a 15 -20 min pleasant stroll to the village centre with many places to eat and drink. A taxi ride back (uphill) was approx 4E. It is a luxurious spacious appartment, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. The roof terrace was perfect for a late night tipple overlooking the lights of the Port.
We would definately go back!
