The open kitchen and dining area with fully equipped granite tops cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, fresh water drinking system and dishwasher. Breakfast bar with direct access to the rear terrace with alfresco dining area with BBQ.
There are two large double bedrooms, the master bedroom has fantastic sea views and a double bed. The second bedroom has two single twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite bathrooms have walk-in showers. There is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.
In the basement is a large storeroom/utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment.
You can access the house from the covered parking via the basement.

Large terrace from front to back of the house. The front has a splash pool and complete garden furniture including sun loungers, parasol, lounge sofa, chairs and coffee table. At the rear is a six seater outdoor dining table with chairs and BBQ. Also, the sun drenched roof terrace offers spectacular sea and sunset views including Dragonera island.
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it has secured covered parking below the property for 3 cars.

The Balearic Islands region
Mallorca has an ideal climate for holidaymaker's with very little rain and average temperatures generally staying comfortably under 86°f (30°c) even in the height of summer making it ideal for those wanting to avoid extreme weather. Averaging 300 days sun a year. Mallorca remains nice in the spring and even into autumn. In fact the temperature throughout the winter rarely drops below 50°f (10°c) and humidity remains around 70% throughout the year.
Every Wednesday morning is the popular market in nearby Andratx village (5 kms).
Port Andratx and all this magnificent working fishing Port has to offer, A choice of mouth watering Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Indian, Thai, French, German and of course Mediterranean Cuisine on your doorstep. Port Andratx has wonderful walking opportunities amongst beautiful scenery with stunning views of the island. Mallorca is also very popular with cyclists and is often used as a pre training destination before the tour de France. There is also scuba diving, snorkelling, hiking, rock-climbing, fishing and excursions available. The nature reserve of the island of Dragonera is worth a visit.

"Well appointed townhouse"
We were met by Andrea who manages the property, she was very helpful and gave us information on the house and the area. This is a comfortable property with nice views over the port and sea. The one… More

Just one point to update on the house, there is fencing on order and going up towards the end of the season, so privacy will return soon. It is going on the side and back terrace so will not interfere with the sea view.

"Beautiful townhouse with incredible views"
If you are looking to get away from it all and also wanting a picturesque Spanish Port just a short drive away this is the place for you.
The townhouse is a tasteful modern build that has all the facilities required to make an enjoyable break.
We stayed for a week last year and enjoyed so much will certainly be returning soon.
From waking up to the most incredible views of the ocean and then lazing around the plunge pool to cool off.
Experiencing other rentals in the past we were pleased to see the quality and attention to detail at this property.
The house also has a tremendous sun terrace were every evening the most stunning sunsets can be seen. Many an enjoyable evening was started with a glass of wine with these charming heavenly views.
The bedrooms are tastefully styled with the two main bedrooms having en-suites. The rooms are perfectly clean with crisp white bedding and have at truly modern feel with plenty of storage.
The kitchen area has everything needed with also the option to dine outside on the rear terrace with full size outside dining table.
Whilst spending a relaxing day around the well tended garden, Port Andratx is only short drive away.
A thriving Port bustling with bars and restaurants complete with designer shops.
A table on one of the trendy bars on the waterfront is the perfect place to people watch and enjoy the atmosphere.
A car is advisable as it's a fairly steep hill to the townhouse. However we also used the local taxis in the evenings which are cheap and most reliable.
Overall one of the most enjoyable trips in years and can't wait to return!

"Stunning Accommodation in Fantastic Location"
For anyone looking for top class accommodation with lovely views and quiet surroundings, then this townhouse will fit the bill. The owners were on hand to help in any way they could (even loaning us their laptop so the teenage children could keep up to date with Facebook). The rooms were spacious and fitted to a high standard. We had a lovely roof top balcony with chairs where we had pre-dinner drinks most evenings watching the sun go down over the blue sea. A quick phone call to the local taxi rank had a car outside our door in 5 minutes to take us into Port D'Andratx. The port itself is beautiful with lovely cafes and restaurants dotted around the marina with views of the mountains beyond. In July it was quietly bustling but not crazy.
A car is essential to take you further afield and the apartment is uphill with beautiful sea views. I would return here again and again. The owners made our stay extremely welcoming and we would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to the discerning customer who is looking for something that bit special.

"Modern townhouse with stunning views"
The townhouse offered superb modern accomodation, matched with stunning views. Early evening drinks watching the sunset from the roof terrace is a must, and the property overall was impressive, from the efficient air conditioning, to the surprisingly useful plunge pool. Location at La Mola is a good 20 minute walk from the port at Andratx, which was a positive for us, but perhaps less so for for older guests or parents with very young children. However, plenty of taxis at just 5 euros made the return after an evening meal straightforward.
Booking and arrival arrangements via Anthea was excellent, with and we look forward to returning.
