This property is built on the cliffs approx. 2 km from the beautiful village of Port Andratx. In the south west corner of Mallorca, about 25 km from the airport. This newly finished air conditioned duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with terraces and spectacular sea views. Unlike many in this area, the apartment is very private and not overlooked. The main bedroom has an en suite and terrace. There is also a guest bathroom. The living room leads on to a large terrace with sunbathing and dining area and spectacular uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean Sea. There is a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine large fridge/freezer and numerous kitchen utilities such as espresso machine etc. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. It includes UK Sky satellite, Nintendo Wii games console, Computer and broadband (Spring 2008).

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Puerto Andratx / La Mola area

Known as Mallorcas' St Tropez', this chic resort is tucked away in a beautiful natural harbour and surrounded by mountains. Port Andratx is a beautiful fishing village complimented by quality restaurants and boutiques. There are a number of excellent golf courses nearby as well as a large marina and sandy beaches.

How to get there

Puerto Andratx is approx 24km from the airport.
Car hire is cheap (from about £15 a day) and the taxi fare from the airport is around €40.

The main bedroom and guest bedroom are situated on the first floor and both have beautiful views over the Mediterranean. The main bedroom has a terrace with furniture and en suite. The lounge and american style kitchen are on the ground floor where there is a large terrace with dining and sunbathing area with panoramic uninterrupted sea views.
Overall size including terraces is 125 m2
A free welcome drink is provided for all guests.

Further details

A returnable security deposit of £250 is required for all bookings. This is kept in a separate account and returned within 7 days of your holiday.

Conditions

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the terraces.
Unfortunately, small children are not permitted
