The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca is an island of wonderful geographic contrasts. From the Tramontana Mountains to its glorious beaches and quiet rocky coves. A paradise for walkers, cyclists, golfers & those who love water sports.
The large sandy beach of Camp de Mar and the beautiful beach of San Telmo both only 10 min drive. Several International golf courses including Andraitx(Camp de Mar), Santa Ponca, Bendinat and San Montaner are within easy driving distance of the Port.


Puerto Andratx area

Puerto Andratx, a natural harbour surrounded by mountains is one of Mallorca's most beautiful & exclusive resorts with some of the best known eating places on the island. A regular haunt of the jet set.
The town house is 2 minutes walk from the sea front with its many restaurants and cafes (WiFi available at the Cappuccino Cafe) & only 10 minutes drive from the nearest Golf Club(Camp de Mar) and the traditional Mallorcan town of Andratx with its renowned Wednesday market and traditional Balearic atmosphere.
The international Club De Vela (Yacht Club) 10 minutes walk around the bay welcomes visitors for drinks, fine dining and snacks; here one can while away the time watching the yachts come and go. One can take a boat trip to Dragonara Island, San Telmo or even charter a boat, arrange a sailing course, rent a windsurf, go waterskiing or Scuba diving all from the Port.
Within a short drive there are several charming villages and wonderfully scenic routes to places like Valldemossa, Deia and Puigpunyent, not forgetting the sophisticated ancient city of Palma with its stunning Gothic Cathedral, Modern art gallery- Joan Miro gallery and atmospheric old town, extensive shopping and numerous excellent restaurants.
Summer festival mid July with free concerts and entertainment. Three Kings festival beginning January.
Beaches: Small 2mins walk, Near Yacht club 10mins walk, Camp de Mar or San Telmo 10mins drive.

Deposit £150 for 1 week stay or 25% of total rent if duration 14 days or more to secure your booking.
Deposit counts towards the total cost balance, which must be received 6 weeks before start date or at time of booking if within 6 weeks of the start date.

No Breakages deposit is requested at the moment, as we trust our guests to inform us of any breakages & make due recompense.
