total relaxation. This hidden piece of Greek paradise is only one hour away from Athens city centre and has
access to all amenities, local market and tavernas for eating out.
- Psatha Studios is located in a mountainous region which is perfect for those who like paragliding,
mountain biking and climbing with stunning views of the Gulf. Psatha has also a choice of beaches
with crystal clear waters and sheltered bays that provide opportunities for swimming and relaxing under
the Grecian sun.

The Attica region

- Athens is very close and with public transportation (proastiakos is connecting Athens centre with Megara
town in only 25 minutes) many of the major historic sites like Acropolis could be visited. Plaka the old town
of Athens under the Acropolis is excellent night life choice.
- Proastiakos train connects Megara with Athens centre in 25min only. You take proastiakos from Megara
and you get off at Larissa station, where you take the metro red line and get off where you like. A good
choice is Syntagma (centre of Athens excellent for shopping) or Akropoli station (where you could have
a lovely stroll at the Plaka-Monastiraki-Thissio).
- Pireus Port is even closer and by catching the ferry, many beautiful islands could be visited for either
daily excursion or longer.(Hydra, Aegina, Spetses, Myconos, Santorini etc.)

Psatha area

- Kithaironas mountain is the most popular place for paragling in Greece which provides views of Psatha,
Porto Germeno (which is a beach resort) on one side and Plataies on the other side (which is an ancient
town at north of Kithairona near Asopos river where the most significant battle took place in 479 b.c.
between the Greeks and the Persians with an overwhelming victory of the Greeks).
- Straying from the beaten truck of Psatha can lead you up the mountain covered with pine trees and
beautiful slopes for mountain biking and climbing or simply just for walking. Continuing further up the
road takes you to another ideal place for paragliding called Kantili.
- After a long day there is a choice of traditional tavernas where you can enjoy the sunset with a variety of
fresh sea food and local wine.

- fly to Athens - Psatha Studios is just 90km(70min drive) from the airport
- the majority of airlines are connected with Eleftherios Venizelos Athens Airport
- car rental companies: www.autoeurope.com, www.greekrentacar.net, www.sixt.gr
- metro (www.ametro.gr, www.amel.gr), proastiakos train and buses run daily from Athens Airport to Psatha

the greek Easter holidays was fantastic! But paragliding over Kithaironas mountain is something we will never forget. The smell of the roast lambs, that were cooked in every yard in Erythres and Plataies village, from the celebretions of the greek tradition made us all very hungry and the flight a unique experience.
