Villa is idyllically situated for a perfect holiday. Luxurious interior offers guests comfortable staying and makes your holiday unforgettable. Furnished to the highest standards, the villa has spacious and airy interior. Stylish open lounge has 3 sofas, modern furniture and a fireplace. There are satellite TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Dining area has glass-top table with seating for six.
The bright and stylish kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use with everything that you'll need for preparing meals, including dishes, utensils, glasses and cookware. Kitchen is fully fitted with a complete range of modern appliances. Kitchen area is divided from the lounge by a bar.
Villa comprises 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 5 beds (1 double, 4 singles) and balcony accesses. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided. Upstairs, there is also one more bathroom with shower and toilet and one more with shower and toilet downstairs.

The patio doors open onto a shady verandah in front of the pool. The pool area is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace, enclosed by landscaped borders, providing a good degree of privacy. A garden dining table, six chairs and six sun loungers are provided.
The Famagusta region
Famagusta is the island's most popular tourist region providing the finest beaches on the island - the most popular being Nissi Beach and Grecian Bay at Agia Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protaras - and some of the best weather. Generally the weather through most of the year is fantastic but this part of the island being well away from any mountains is virtually cloudless through most of the summer.
Apart from the larger beaches there are scores of smaller beaches and no shortage of other activities and entertainments. Cyprus of course has many historic and cultural sites, beautiful villages and a mountainous area high enough to provide winter skiing.
Activities available in this area include every variety of water sports including Scuba diving, plus walking, cycling and horse riding etc. If you stayed in this area for two or three months you would be able to visit a different restaurant every night and there is evening entertainment to suit all tastes.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
The Village of Kapparis is a favourite spot for those who know Cyprus well, it's just next to the well known resort of Protaras. Kapparis is a popular year round resort, it has some of the best value and quality restaurants and bars in the Protaras / Paralimni area plus a good supermarket, bakery and off-license.
You don’t need a car, everything is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The local beach, called Fireman’s beach is just 5-7 minutes walk down the road and more beaches are within easy walking distance along the shoreline towards Protaras.
