Aphrodite in Panorama village is located just two minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of Kapparis. It is in a quiet residential area yet only a 5 minute drive from the larger resort of Protaras . The apartment is an easy drive to all amenities, including the local supermarket market and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment benefits from a shared pool and a separate smaller children's pool, gym and tennis court. Leading from the living room and main bedroom is a spacious balcony with sea views, and on a clear day the mountains of northern Cyprus are beautiful to see.The balcony is furnished with BBQ,modern and comfortable table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom (with cot available ), the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. There is a personal meet and greet service who are available 24 hours a day to assist you with any aspect of you stay, ensuring you have a relaxed, hassle -free, fun-filled holiday.

The Balcony is a very enjoyable place to sit, relax in the comfortable sofa or arm chairs with a glass of your favourite drink and watch the sun set over the sea.On clear days you can see the mountains and the border between the north of the island, the views are magical and really panoramic.There is a gas barbecue and two sun beds which fold and can be used beside the pool or on the roof terrace and there is a plenty of space on the balcony. Within the complex, there is a shared outdoor pool + children's pool , tennis courts and a gym as well as allocated undercover parking. There is a lift and stairs which are right next to the A101 allocated car parking bay, which will take you to the first floor.Panorama village on has two storeys in each block , maintaining a generally quiet and accessible ambiance.

Rentals are all flexible and can range from weekly,two weekly summer holidays, or for longer term rentals, say over November,December, January for people wanting to escape a northern European Winter. Prices for longer term rentals can be negotiated.
We accept visa and mastercard (3% charge), bank transfer or euro certified bankers draft. Our procedure is you only pay 30% on booking and then nothing until 6 weeks before your holiday.
The representative from the meet and greet service will be there to greet you on arrival at the apartment as well as when you depart, so you will have a friendly face and contact to speak to if you have any queries regarding rental conditions,pricing etc.

There is a specialised 24 hour meet and greet service on hand for you in Cyprus.They will meet you at the complex to hand over the keys and will be available 24/7 if you require assistance/advice of any kind .(Be it help regarding the apartment or anything within the complex, or good local restaurants, or if you require any travel/tourist information on Cyprus).
Aphrodite apartment comes with a full portfolio of things to do and places to eat and drink along with fresh maps, discount tickets and much more. On your arrival there is a welcome hamper to get you started so that your basics are taken care of. Even airport transfers and car hire can be organised by the efficient meet and greet team.
Things to do.........The South Eastern region is known for having many of the best beaches in Cyprus. There are many little hidden sandy coves, and the all year round sunshine and low levels of precipitation make it an ideal sun lovers paradise. It is a perfect escape from Northern Europe's cold winters, as Nov/Dec/Jan are fairly mild in this area. Higher up in the Troodos Mountains( only 163 kms away) one can find snow and a ski resort open during the winter months.
The many different Wine Routes can be found just north of Limassol (only 116km away) and would make for a stunning day out, in the rural mountain setting with the sun kissed mountain slopes covered in grape vines. Also in this region can be found some Greek Monasteries up in the Troodos Hills.Much of the island is listed as an official UNESCO World Heritage Site,so there is plenty to see and experience on this exciting island.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
Aphrodite, Panorama Village is set back from the main tourist hot spots of Eastern Cyprus, allowing for a more peaceful environment with lovely views over the sea . However, it is still very accessible to the main tourist attractions. With Protaras only 5 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos,diving,canoing,para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethera of good local and International restuarants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Aiga Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the apartment, and more local is the smaller town of Kapparis, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are thriving throughout the year, which is less than a minutes drive away .
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening.It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a metre or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
About .5 Km inland from the apartment is a beautiful local town called Paralimni boasting many beautiful old Greek/Cypriot buildings and churches. It is steeped in history and well worth a visit.

Take any one of the many Scheduled and Charter flights that fly into Larnaca Airport. (Ie British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Monarch,Thomas Cook, Thomsonfly, or Easy Jet + many other Airlines from the Scandinavian Countries or Eastern Europe). It would be recommendable to hire a car either from the Airport (ie Europcar,Economy car hire, cyprus-car ,Nova car hire or Alamo car hire) or from nearer to the apartment ie Juliannacarhire in Kapparis who will collect you from the airport and take you to their offices in Kapparis where you collect the hired car and they will then give you directions to drive the short journey to get to the Apartment.
To drive from Larnaca Airport to the Apartment will take about 40 minutes. Directions from Larnaca Airport to A101 Aphrodite:-
From Larnaca , follow the signs to Agia Napa and Protaras. Follow the A3 all the way until you see signs for Protaras, go trough Protaras and follow the E306 towards Paralimni, follow this road up the hill until you pass the Orphinedes Supermarket and the Agia Varvara (Church) on your left, just after that (when you see the flower shop on your left), turn right into Megalou Alexandrou, follow this road along, you will pass Butcher Rodolfus and a 24 Hour Bakery on your left. Carrying on a bit further and then turn left into Aggelou Sikelianoy. After the second block, turn right into the Oikos Development 'Panorama Village', take this drive straight down, pass the swimming pool and straight ahead of you will be block A. Find the parking bay marked A101 (Right in front of the entrance/lift in Block A) and you have arrived!

Rental Rates in Euros for a 2 week stay are quoted as follows:
May - June = Euros 600 (for 2 week stay)
July - September = Euros 680 (for 2 week stay)
October-November = Euros 600 ( for 2 week stay)
December - April = Euros 550 (for 2 week stay)
On day of departure, checkout time 11am or before unless arranged and paid for late checkout upon booking. A representative will meet you at the apartment on arrival and departure to handover keys and assist you.
Booking procedure - Payments via bank deposits or bank transfer only. Payment of 30% on booking and balance 6 weeks before your holiday. All bookings made within 6 weeks of departure dates will need to be paid in full. All tenants must agree to the terms and conditions (sent seperately) before booking is confirmed.
