Jasmine is a spacious, modern, quality villa, an ideal choice for a family holiday or romantic getaway. It's perfectly located five minutes walk from the beach and two minutes Kapparis village centre. The large private pool is set in a spacious sunny garden. A BBQ makes for perfect for al-fresco dining and the mature garden is fenced, ideal for families with small children. Satellite TV, DVD player and Nintendo WI and WII Fit are provided for your entertainment. There is also a phone in the villa for your use plus a docking station for your Ipod or MP3 player.
Jasmine is fully air conditioned (included in the price) with a large open plan sitting area, dining area and well equipped kitchen and a shower room and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything you could want for in a villa is provided creating a perfect home from home.

This is a very spacious villa with a large open plan ground floor. The sitting room has two 2 seater sofas
and one 3 seater sofa, coffee tables, satellite TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console and Wii fit, a pay as you go mobile phone and an Ipod / mp3 cradle. It is a bright area leading directly to the patio and pool area.
Off the sitting room is a well equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces and breakfasat bar and every appliance that you would expect in a luxury villa, including dish washer, washing machine and built in fridge freezer etc... also downstairs is a dining area and large shower room and WC.
On the 1st floor theer are three bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom. The spacious bedrooms have air conditioning / heating units and built-in wardrobes.
The double master bedroom has dressing table, bedside tables and lamps ans large en suite bathroom.
Two twin bedded rooms both have bedside tables, mirrors, shelving and bedside lamps and both have patio doors leading to the balcony which overlooks the pool and garden.
Also upstairs is the family bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.

The villa has a large and secure rear garden with plenty of space for the six sunbeds. The mature planting creates interest and gives plenty of privacy. Although this is a new development, all of the villas in this area are complete so there is no building work going on in the area. There is a patio to the rear of the house which provides shade and a large dining table and BBQ. The pool is 4 metrtes by 8 metres and ther is an outside shower.
The amenities of Kapparis have everything you would want close by, to enjoy your holiday without the need for a car and it is central to the surrounding areas of Protaras, Pernera and Paralimni.
This side of Cyprus has the best beaches on then island and the crystal clear Mediterranean sea. Just a few minutes walk from the villa brings you to the lovely ‘Fireman’s’ beach with its golden sand – perfect for swimming and snorkelling. A short walk along the cost path will bring you to some other fine beaches with bars and restaurants nearby.
A few minutes walk from the villa in the other direction brings you to the village centre of Kapparis with its shops restaurants and bars. Kapparis has two of the best tavernas in this area plus a popular Italian and other restaurants and a variety of bars. There is a good supermarket, bakery and off-licence so you don’t need to go any further for your day to day needs.
Kapparis has been a well kept secret for a number of years attracting quite a number of British residents who live here so the bars, restaurants and shops are open year round.
Five minutes by Taxi will bring you to the busier areas of Pernera and Protoras with their larger (and more crowded) beaches. Here you can hire most kind of water sports and take boat trips or spend an evening working your way along the bars and restaurants. It’s worth remembering that Protoras is a seasonal resort where the bars and restaurants cater for tourists and close out of season whilst the bars and restaurants in Kapparis are good enough to keep local customers coming back all year round.
Beyond Protoras you come to the rugged peninsular of Cape Greco - a nature conservation area with a beautiful coastline which is great for walking or cycling.
Agia Napa which is a little further still and about ten minutes by car from Kapparis needs little introduction. Agia Napa wakes up in the early Summer and doesn’t sleep till the autumn. There are lots of shops in the town, some historic sites and one of the best collections of Clubs in the Mediteranean.

The cost of the villa is fully inclusive of air conditioning etc and linen and welcome pack of food and drinks. A high chair and child cot can be provided on request for a small additional charge of 5 Euros per day.
Smoking is not permited inside the villa but is permitted outside.

The Famagusta region
Famagusta is the island's most popular tourist region providing the finest beaches on the island - the most popular being Nissi Beach and Grecian Bay at Agia Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protoras - and some of the best weather. Generally the weather through most of the year is fantastic but this part of the island being well away from any mountains is virtually cloudless through most of the summer.
Apart from the larger beaches there are scores of smaller beaches and no shortage of other activities and entertainments. Cyprus of course has many historic and cultural sites, beautiful villages and a mountainous area high enough to provide winter skiing.
Activities available in this area include every variety of water sports including Scuba diving, plus walking, cycling and horse riding etc. If you stayed in this area for two or three months you would be able to visit a different restaurant every night and there is evening entertainment to suit all tastes.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
The Village of Kapparis is a favourite spot for those who know Cyprus well, it's just next to the well known resort of Protoras. Kapparis is a popular year round resort, it has some of the best value and quality restaurants and bars in the Protoras / Paralimni area plus a good supermarket, bakery and off-license. You don’t need a car, everything is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The local beach, called Fireman’s beach is just a few minutes walk down the road and more beaches are within easy walking distance along the shoreline towards Protoras.

Villa Jasmine is located near Fireman's beach in Kapparis, near Protoras and is just ten minutes off the motorway which runs directly from the new Larnaka Airport to Agia Napa.
Kapparis is open throughout the year being popular with both Cypriots and quite a few British and other nationalities who live in Cyprus. The villa is within five minutes walk to the beach and two minutes to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars of the main street.
By car Protoras and Paralimni are about five minutes away and Agia napa 10 minutes.

Excellent welcome pack on arrival. The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pool was well maintained and pool area well furnished. The location of the villa was very convenient for the town centre and beach. |
