About the home

The apartment is only few meters from fabulous sandy beach and a short walk (about 50 meters) to Fig Tree Bay main strip with its numerous bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities.

Luxury 2-bedroom apartment with large terrace and stunning panoramic views in both directions, both towards Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach.

Open-plan lounge features white leather corner sofa, coffee table, wide-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Sliding door leads into a terrace, where rattan sofa and arm-chairs are provided, as well as table and chairs for al-fresco dining. Stylish kitchen area is equipped with fridge-freezer, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle.

There are two bedrooms and two shower rooms in the apartment. Master bedroom has double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe; sliding doors open to the terrace. Another bedroom has twin beds, spacious wardrobe and TV-set. Apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta is the island's most popular tourist region providing the finest beaches on the island. The most popular being Nissi Beach and Grecian Bay at Agia Napa and Fig Tree Bay in Protaras as well as and some of the best weather. Generally weather through most of the year is fantastic but this part of the island being well away from any mountains is also virtually cloudless through most of the summer.

Apart from the larger beaches there are also scores of smaller beaches and no shortage of activities and entertainments. Cyprus has many historic and cultural sites, beautiful villages and a mountainous area high enough to provide winter skiing.

Activities in this area include every kind of water sports including Scuba diving, plus walking, cycling and horse riding. If you stayed in this area for two or three months you would be able to visit a different restaurant every night and there is evening entertainment to suit every taste.

The Protaras / Fig Tree Bay area

Described as the ‘jewel’ of the eastern Mediterranean, Protaras is an elite beach resort on the south east coast of Cyprus. Here in the idyllic resort one can find golden sandy beaches and rugged cliffs complimenting the tiny bays while overlooking the brilliance of the early morning sun emerging from the crystal-clear waters of the sparkling blue-green Mediterranean.

A string of secluded golden sandy bays stretch along this beautiful rugged coast. Each interspersed with rocky inlets which many colourful fishing boats go for their daily catch. In Protaras you will also find the magnificent Fig Tree Bay, considered to be one of the island’s premier beaches. The safe, shallow, crystal clear waters ideal for sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, snorkelling and scuba diving. A fun loving resort, there are many fine restaurants, local fish taverns, bars and a buzzing nightlife.
