This villa is only 3 years old on a very well kept site in a elite area.It has been updated and new furniture has been put in by the owner for 2012.It is near everything you need to be near...Shops pubs restaurants car hire kids clubs best beaches on the island.

Luxurious & spacious villa in a great location - the perfect foundation for your holidays. Master bedroom with en-suite a 25ft balcony boasting some of the best sea views in Cyprus a great place to sit have a glass of wine and relax. The other 2 spacious bedrooms also have ample storage space and share the 1st floor bathroom. The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor next to the additional WC / Wet room. The open plan ground floor allows for plenty of space for family and friends to relax in the kitchen, lounge, dining area. The air-conditioned lobby leads into an elegant lounge/dining area, furnished with a large table and chairs, matching sofas and armchairs, equipped with a satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen area is fully fitted with all modern appliances and there is a wide range of kitchen utensils catering for most culinary needs. Outside enjoy the spacious landscape garden and the pool is 30ftx13ft with plenty of sun lounges and is a great place to cool off.

The villa also has private off road parking. This villa is only a stone’s throw from the beach and there are 3 other beaches within 5 minutes walking distance and you can sample the variety of unique sandy beaches only this part of the island can offer.

A non-refundable deposit is required of 20% of the total price at the time of booking.

Balance of holiday is due 6 weeks before departure, including a refundable breakages deposit of £150.00, refundable within seven days, if not breakages reported.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta one of the last remaining ghost towns in the world! Don’t worry this is just a suburb and safely located on the Northern Borders of Cyprus. If you do fancy an adventure across the border then you are only 20minutes drive away.

Famagusta is steeped in history and many of the local villages have museums for you to see how they lived.
The location is close to the motor way for easy exploration of the east and west side of the island.
There are now excursions to the North side where the Turkish live after the invasion of 1974.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis - Famagusta is a great family choice, well known for its stunning beaches. You are in a great location with plenty to do close by. Kapparis itself is home to some of the top restaurants on the island all within walking distance of your house. Less than 8 minutes drive you have the family resort of Protaras with the amazing Fig Tree Bay beach. 15 minutes takes you to the lively resort of Agia Napa with its Water Park and hectic night life, there really is something for everyone.

The property is very easy to reach and only 30 - 40 minutes from Larnaca airport.
- We can assist with taxi pick ups and drop off's if required - please contact us with your flight details to arrange
- We can recommend a local car hire company who offer all of our tenants 20% off their car hire and meet at the airport (we do recommend car hire if you intend to see other parts of the island but being so close to the beach and having your own pool - if you are in the mood for a relaxing holiday then car hire is not compulsory.
- Alternatively taxis are also available from the airport and will charge between 55 - 60 EURO

“Not a luxury villa as advertised” We booked this villa as a family holiday with young children. The day before we were due to fly out we had a phone call from the agent at SLV telling us that the villa was double booked and we would have to go somewhere else (which was nice, but that's not the point). We did get to this villa 5 days before we were due to come home. It is certainly not luxury as advertised. There was not a lamp shade in the house, just bare light bulbs, it was impossible to try and cook for 8 people, there was not enough cooking equipment, in the bedrooms there was a bed and a built in wardrobe not another piece of furniture, the outside had very dirty patio furniture, the advertised BBQ was a £10 one from B&Q and was full of rust. I have had better facilities at 3 star self catering apartments.
