About the home

The master double bedroom has a large 25ft private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The two twin bedded rooms both have private balconies with panoramic sea and countryside views. The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor next to the additional WC / Wet room. The open plan ground floor layout allows for plenty of space for family and friends to lounge in kitchen, sitting area. The kitchen area is fully fitted with all modern appliances and there is a wide range of kitchen utensils catering for most culinary needs. Outside enjoy the spacious landscape garden with a large wooden pergola for shade and evening parties and relax on comfortable furniture.

The New Elite Beach front Blue Water Bay Village was completed in June 2009 this luxurious 4 bed villa is situated in a small community, located on the Protaras coastline. The location is superb for family holidays and walking distance to all amenities. This particular villa has been finished with only the highest standards in mind

The pool is tiled pool 30ft x12ft with plenty of sun lounges and is a great place to cool off. The villa is protected with gated entrance and has private off road parking. This villa is only a stone’s throw from the beach and you can be swimming in the crystal clear waters in minutes there are 3 other beaches within 5-10 minutes walking so you can sample the variety of unique sandy beaches only this part of the island can offer.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta one of the last remaining ghost towns in the world! It was occupied in 1974 by the Turkish and remains to this day with fencing all around don’t worry this is just a suburb and safely located on the Northern Borders of Cyprus. If you do fancy an adventure across the border then you are only 20minutes drive away, or we can book you on a jeep safari or coach excursion to visit and see this fascinating part of Cyprus and hear about the history a great day out.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis - Famagusta is a great family choice, well known for its stunning beaches. You are in a great location with plenty to do close by. Kapparis itself is home to some of the top restaurants on the island all within walking distance of your house. Less than 8 minutes drive you have the family resort of Protaras with the amazing Fig Tree Bay beach. 15 minutes takes you to the lively resort of Agia Napa with its Water Park and hectic night life, there really is something for everyone.

The property is very easy to reach and only 30 - 45 minutes from Larnaca airport. - We can assist with taxi pickups and drop off's if required - please contact us with your flight details to arrange - We can recommend a local car hire company who offer all of our tenants 20% off their car hire and meet at the airport (we do recommend car hire if you intend to see other parts of the island but being so close to the beach and having your own pool - if you are in the mood for a relaxing holiday then car hire is not compulsory. - Alternatively taxis are also available from the airport and will charge between 55 - 60 EURO

Stunning villa, couldn't believe how close to the sea we were. Really enjoyed sitting and having a glass of wine in the beautiful garden and the kids were in the pool constantly. Happy to eat in a few times, kitchen had everything I needed. Look forward to coming back next school holiday.
