Villa 004 is located in a prime position in Cape Greko with just 10 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus. The property offers beautiful sea views from the roof top terrace and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of chilled wine whilst enjoying the glorious sunset. This property offers open space modern living and has the minimal aspect of design. Cape Greko is just bordering from the centre of Protaras and the advantage of this location is that you are close enough to enjoy what both areas have to offer. Within a 2 minute drive you are in the bustling resort of Protaras centre, a lively resort with something for everyone. The blue flag Konnos Bay is one of the finest beaches you will find and well worth a visit with its floating sun beds, soft sand and shallow waters ideal for children. A meal in the Cliff Top restaurant with stunning views over the bay is an experience not to be missed. Just a little further past the bay you have Cape Greko national park which is a truly stunning area and also well worth a visit. The sea caves are very popular for diving, attracting tourists from all over the world and also provides wonderful walks. This villa is perfect for a relaxing break but is close enough to the larger resort should you want something more lively. A great holiday destination with a fantastic climate over 340 days of the year.

The villa's exterior is very cosy and relaxing. The villa has no houses behind it so it makes it very quiet. You can enjoy the blue and sunny sky in the day by the swimming pool and relax later with a dinner that you can make with the Weber Q Barbecue in the garden with the banana trees watching the stars.

The villa has a roof garden where you can have a natural solarium while enjoying the sea view.

The parking space fits one car. There is a parking space outside of the house for an extra car.

There is a swimming pool shower and 5 sun loungers with a very relaxing position. The outside dining table has 8 chairs that can be positioned to the floor so that can be used for sunbathing also.

The Famagusta region

The District of Famagusta is made up of many small towns and villages. It is well worth hiring a car for a few days to get out and about visiting some of the many places of interest. It is the beauty of Cyprus that every time you "get lost" whilst exploring you find little tavernas or beautiful coves that you want to visit again!

Driving on the Island is very easy as they drive on the left and many of the roadside signs are in English. Larnaca, Limassol and the capital city of Nicosia are one hour away and a day trip to Paphos is only 2 hours drive away on the new motorway running through Cyprus.

The town of Paralimni is a 10 minute drive away and offers a varied combination of local taverns, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a huge variety of café-bars. The town square is dominated by two beautiful churches which attract many visitors.

The nearest town to the villa is Protaras centre. Here you will find a vast selection of restaurants, bars and a beautiful gently sloping beach to top up your tan on. This resort has something for all ages and is probably one of the best holiday resorts you will find anywhere in the Mediterranean.

Konnos Bay is just a 10 minute walk from the villa and has one of the most popular beaches on the east coast. It offers a great choice of water sports and a lovely clean beach with the sea gently sloping away. Just a little further past this bay you have the stunning area of Cape Greco, an area of outstanding beauty with its National Park area and sandy beaches.

In the other direction you will find Ayia Napa which is about 8km away. Ayia Napa has something for everyone, with the fabulous water park, golden beaches (Nissi Beach in particular) and very picturesque harbour area plus the stunning architecture of the local churches. Not forgetting the world famous night-life.

If you can force yourselves away from Princess villa there is plenty to see and do !

Protaras / Cape Greko area
Protaras is the most popular resort in southern Cyprus. It is a very lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants cater for all tastes and budgets. A five minute taxi/bus ride from Princess villa will take you to join the lively night life and bustling holiday resort atmosphere on the main Protaras strip.

The many bars offer entertainment including tribute bands, karaoke and live music. We bumped into Robbie Williams, Tom Jones and even Elvis on the same night on the strip! It is very family friendly (as all of Cyprus is) and you will find that children are welcome in bars and indeed their entertainment is also catered for early evenings in many places.

There are some fantastic Japanese, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Italian as well as traditional Cypriot restaurants in the town. The Grecian Park is a short stroll up the hill and it has a stunning cliff top bar to enjoy sunset cocktails before going to their award winning Japanese 4th floor restaurant with views over Cape Greco National Park.

During the day Protaras returns to an area with gift shops & boutiques where you can pick some real bargains and some souvenirs for those back home.

The beaches are what Protaras is most famous for and they stretch for nearly ten miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the best well known beaches in the world and is well worth a visit. At Konnos Bay and indeed Cape Greko you will find some of the best water skiing waters in the Med, not forgetting the jet ski's, speed boats and parasending that are also offered! Konnos Bay is one of everyone's favourite beaches in Cyprus and whether you take the beautiful 10 minute walk around the coast or drive down the hillside the crystal clear water will take your breath away.

The Protaras / Cape Greko area

Princess Villa is located at The Famagusta District at Protaras area and more specifically at Cape Greco (Konnos). It is a great holiday destination with a wonderful climate and over 340 days sunshine each year. The climate here in summer is 32-40 degrees in the day and 20-25 at nights. The weather at night at Konnos is very nice since there is not such a humidity as other areas of Protaras.

It offers one of the top 5 beaches of Cyprus with a blue Flag award called Konnos Bay. This is a well organized beach with food and drinks, water sports, sunbeds, showers at the bottom of a green cliff. This is 10 minutes walk through the National Park from the Princess Villa.

The villa's location makes it wonderful for long walks, jogging, cycling since it is located at the National Park of Cape Greco. Nature's trails can lead you through cliffs with amazing sea views and exceptional landscape (you should visit the monument at Cape Greco which is located at a high cliff where the first sunrise of Europe appears - 5 min by car). Here, you can walk to bars (cliff bar at Grecian Park recommended), restaurants, and supermarkets. There is also one of the most famous clubs in Cyprus that is opened only in summer called -2 (Plin Dio in Greek or Minus 2 in English). It is opened only on Friday, and Saturday at summer time and the entrance is very strict.

At the Cape Greco area there is a small ancient Orthodox church that is nice to visit. It is located at the edge of the cliff and from there you can see the infinite sea view. A lot of people around the world are coming here for their wedding.

You can have a 5 minutes drive to the centre of Protaras where you can find a vibrant night-life with restaurants (Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Mc Donald's, Pizza Hut, Bakeries and more), bars, luna parks, mini golfs, and Greek and Cypriot Tavernas. You can also visit the aquarium at Protaras 10 minutes from Princess Villa.

Or if you want more clubbing you can have 8 minutes drive to Ayia Napa which is the centre of night-life in Cyprus.

You can go for a day to the Water Park for a great fun with water games (Great for families and friends).
