About the home

Situated in a quiet location with a relaxing communal pool. The fully air conditioned apartment is furnished to a high standard comprising double and twin bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with doors leeding out to a large balcony with sea view.

Varvara Gardens is ideally placed for enjoying the local attractions of Kapparis and Paralimni and also the nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa.

There are also many historical and scenic sights in the region.

The apartment has its own covered parking bay.
The apartment can be accessed by lifts from the car parking level.

Just a reminder to check your holiday insurance is up to date and includes any sports activities that you wish to enjoy.

Conditions

A 25% rental fee deposit is required to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Booking made within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required.

Refundable breakages deposit of £150 required before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Unfortunately the deposit is non refundable with regard to cancellations.
Should a cancellation occur within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the balance payment may be refunded should another booking be confirmed for the same period.

Pool side sun loungers are provided by the owner for guests.
Please note, towels are provided only for use in the apartment, these are not for pool or beach use.
Please provide your own beach towels for these occasions, thank you for your co-operation.

Charges for Air Conditioning, electric and water are all inclusive.
Laundry changes and cleaning of the apartment are inclusive and done weekly or per booking if your stay is shorter.
Additional cleaning and laundry can be arranged on request at additional cost. Contact details should you wish for this service will be provided.

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit cards via PayPal, by Direct Bank Transfer or by Cheque if resident in UK.
Deposit returns will be returned by same method as payment unless stated otherwise.

The Famagusta region

The Famagusta district is situated on the Eastern side of Cyprus. The coastline boasts some of the best sandy beaches and holiday resorts.

With sun nearly all year round, this area has lots to offer. With a choice of popular family beaches, quiet coves, bars, clubs and restaurants, or go further inland to experience the historic towns and villages.

Transport links by road are excellent. With motorway and dual carriageway for most of the journey from Larnaca airport.
Car hire is not essential but is recommended. However, scooters can be hired from the shop MotoLucas that is within walking distance from the apartment.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis and the surrounding areas offer beautiful beaches. Firemans Beach locally, or nearby the popular Fig Tree Bay at Protaras and Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa, as well as numerous harbours. There is a variety of entertainment and activities; watersports, bars, restaurants and shops.

Waterworld with its slides, rides and roller coasters is only a few kilometres away in Agia Napa.
Explore the town of Paralimni with its historic buildings and traditional tavernas or more modern bars and restaurants.

Cape Greco, a protected nature reserve, with great views offers nature trails for those who like to walk.
There are numerous museums and galleries to be found further afield in Larnaka and the historic city of Nicosia.

Explore the spectacular Troodos Mountains where you can walk or go mountain biking to see the wildlife, wildflowers and ancient lifestyle, including the world renowned painted churches.
Winter travellers can even go skiing or boarding!

Nearer to the apartment, Orphanides is the local supermarket which offers all you could need for a complete self catering holiday. Less than 10 minutes walk away it also has the nearest 24 Hour ATM.
Other local shops, bakers and restaurants are minutes away.

Faliros, is a great local restaurant serving good food located in Kennedy Avenue approximately 2 kilometres away, here you can enjoy traditional Cypriot music and dancing every Thursday evening.

Varvara Gardens is located in Kapparis, which is a 45 minute drive from Larnaca airport. From Larnaca airport, take the motorway and follow signs to Ayia Napa and Paralimni enjoying the scenic drive along the southern coast. “Stunning Apartment, spotless, fresh and the Quietest Place i have stayed in ever!!” Stayed at the Apartment with my Husband for 9 days. On arriving we were so shocked as to the size of the property. The pictures do not do it any Justice- The apartment is huge, Modern and spotless. It was very very clean and had a lovely welcome pack for us. The swimming pool was clean and very quiet which was perfect for us. i have stayed in many places all over the world but the peace in the area was faultless. The Location is Fab for wanted to explore Kapparis, Paralimni and Protaras but i would reccomend renting a car. I would love to stay here again :)

Stayed at the Apartment with my Husband for 9 days.

On arriving we were so shocked as to the size of the property. The pictures do not do it any Justice- The apartment is huge, Modern and spotless.
It was very very clean and had a lovely welcome pack for us.

The swimming pool was clean and very quiet which was perfect for us.
i have stayed in many places all over the world but the peace in the area was faultless.

The Location is Fab for wanted to explore Kapparis, Paralimni and Protaras but i would reccomend renting a car.

I would love to stay here again :)
