The open plan ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining area and living area. Decorated principally in red, white and black, the carefully selected ornaments and pictures have been chosen to compliment the striking colour scheme, giving a very contemporary feel to the villa.
The living area furnished with black leather sofas features a wide-screen television with limited satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a glass topped dining table which comfortably seats six. There is a second living room with flat screen TV on this floor which is furnished with a double sofa bed so can be utilised as a fourth bedroom to accommodate a party of 8. A separate guest cloakroom completes the accommodation on this floor.

The Famagusta District
Situated between Cape Greco and the village of Paralimni this new, modern resort was once an area of scrubland on a narrow coastal plain with a long sandy beach and wave kissed coast complimented by the jagged cliffs. The surrounding villages are sprinkled with windmills and small churches.
Profitis Elias Chapel - On a solitary outcrop dotted with caves and dominating the area is this relatively isolated chapel built in carved reddish limestone. It was rebuilt in 1984 on the foundations of the old Church. Outside the church the trees are covered with handkerchiefs bearing prayers and messages.
Deryneia - As the nearest town to the now deserted settlement of Famagusta, Deryneia gives an insight into recent Cypriot history and is possibly best known for its view of the ghost town, which, once a major tourist resort, now lies empty. From the observatory on the top of the cultural centre visitors can look through a telescope across no man’s land to the closed city.
Protaras area
The villa is situated on the Cape Greco side of Protaras close to the Maistros Hotel Apartments. Situated in the corner of a cul de sac in a wonderfully peaceful area but within walking distance of a small sandy cove well known in the area as an excellent spot for scuba diving. The nearest supermarket is situated a mere 400 metres away with three restaurants being within 900 metres of the villa. A wide range of friendly restaurants, cosy tavernas, bars and shopping opportunities can be found in Protaras centre which is approximately 1.8 kms away. Right at the heart of the Protaras strip is the well known beach of Fig Tree Bay with its clear turquouise sea, fine golden sand and abundance of facilities for watersports enthusiasts.

All three bedrooms, the ground floor living area and the ground floor TV room are equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioning units (for cooling or heating) which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and hair-dryer are provided and a baby cot and highchair are available on request.
A flight of stairs leads to the first floor where the remaining three bedrooms in the striking colour scheme of chocolate and turquoise are located. The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room has it's own private balcony overlooking the pool area. There are two twin bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower room. The staircase continues to a third level where you will find a large roof terrace, furnished with chairs and a table this is the perfect spot to escape to for a quiet moment with a book.
Further details outdoors: The 7.5m x 3.5m private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, complete with sunbeds and a poolside shower.
