Villa Tara is a beautifully furnished villa with its stunning location in the Cape Greko National Park area. It has everything you may need for a self catering holiday in Cyprus.
Outside you will find a lovely, well planted garden area and a pergola providing the all important shading over the large patio table and chairs. 4 sun beds are also provided.
There is a shared pool just 50m from the villa. This is shared with 4 other villas so is never crowded!

The Famagusta District
Summer stretches from May to October and means high temperatures, cloudless skies and cooling sea breezes. It is the ideal season for swimming, sunbathing and a whole range of water sports in close by Konnos Bay.
During the summer, it is best to explore the archaeological sites either early in the morning or late afternoon, avoiding the hottest part of the day. It is always a must to bring along sun protection including sunscreen and a broad-rimmed hat. Even in the height of summer when it can be upper 30's at the beach, and warmer inland, temperatures are refreshingly cooler in the Troodos, making the mountains ideal for hiking or for simply relaxing.
The days of September and October are still sunny and the water is warm enough for comfortable swimming.
Protaras / Cape Greko area
Villa Tara is only a few minutes walk to Mimosa beach or a few minutes walk to one of the most famous beaches in the area, called Konnos Bay. Cape Greko is a beautiful National Park which curves around the Konnos Bay and onwards to the point. There are wonderful cycle paths and walking trails to enjoy being in nature and looking at the local flora and fauna.
The water sports at the beautiful Konnos Bay are second to none. Visit the Cliff Bar in the 5* Grecian Park Hotel, less than 10 minutes walk away, and enjoy a cocktail while watching the beautiful sunset over Konnos Bay.
Protaras is a modern, purpose-built family resort 3 km away and stretches over 6km along the sandy-beached coastline, interspersed with rocky coves.
The resort has 2 focal points, Fig Tree Bay and Pernera Beach. With some of the best water sports on the island, this area is a definite for those who like to make a splash. That being said, it is considerable quieter than its fun-loving neighbour, Ayia Napa. So its a good choice for families and couples looking for uninterrupted relaxation.
For a family fun day out, the Water Park in Ayia Napa is a must!

Further details indoors: The open plan downstairs allows for comfortable living and dining. Large sofas provide the seating whilst satellite TV and DVD provide the entertainment. Family meals may be enjoyed around the 6 seater dining table.
The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances is well equipped with all you need to get creative at mealtime.
The master bedroom has a large double bed with side tables, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 large single beds, extensive fitted wardrobes and a large walk out balcony with stunning sea views.
Cot, pushchairs etc available on request.

As there is no lifeguard at the pool, your safety is your responsibility. Please ensure that your children are supervised at all times.
Conditions
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon confirmation and the balance within 8 weeks of departure. An additional £250 security will be required and will be refundable subject to no damage or breakages and immediate return of keys.
