LET ME TELL YOU HOW CLOSE YOU ARE TO EVERYTHING - The location couldn’t be more perfect, It is walking distance to some beautiful golden beaches including Sirena bay, Golden Coast beach and Ayia Triada beach and there are shops and bars close by as well INCLUDING the lovely village of Pernera. Not forgetting the new walkway linking Pernera to Protaras, making for a stunning stroll in to Protaras. On foot from the villa walking via the coast in to the centre of Pernera where Windmills bar / hotel is and Knights pub (middle of the bars and restaurants) it is a 10 -15minute walk.


NOW ABOUT THE VILLA - The garden area is spacious, with separate BBQ area, sunbathing area, private pool and dining area. The pool is maintained twice weekly and there is stamped concrete around the outside space of the villa. The villa has the sun throughout the majority of the day so you can move around to enjoy the beaming sun.

With someone on hand 24hours should you need assistance, we can arrange everything from transfers to welcome packages for you. Facilities

The interior of the villa has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The idea was to offer as many facilities as possible to make all vacations as enjoyable as they should be. Here you can relax and put your feet up whilst flicking through the television channels on the local satellite or watch a great dvd.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, Tupperware for outside and plastic beakers for younger children. All of the appliances are available, including fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor and there is also a microwave, toaster, kettle and water dispenser which is great.

In the living room area, there is a large flat screen tv with plenty of english spoken channels available on the local satellite system, there are plenty of reading books and dvds to choose from and also an ipod docking station. The 3 seater sofa also opens in to sofa bed for extra guests and there is an additional draw unit for clothing or personal items to the side. The living room opens out on the pool area and there is a lovely breeze from the window and patio door.

Moving upstairs there are two good size bedrooms. the twin room has full length fitted wardrobes, airconditioning, two twin single beds, beside table and reading lamp allong with dressing table mirror and stool and there are two windows with black out blinds. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, two bedside tables and reading lamps as well as fully fitted wardrobes, full length mirror and access to a small balcony over looking the pool. The master bedroom also has blackout blinds and air conditioning facilities. Each room has its own en suite shower and toilet.

The villa comes equipped with a plentiful supply of linen and towels for you use and there are also blankets available. Each guest will have two bath towels and two hand towels per week and a seperate set of bed linen for a second week. If you require infant cots or highchairs this can be arranged upon your booking. We can also supply a hairdryer and local mobile phone with a pay as you go sim card, ideal for calling taxis or avoiding roaming charges back home. Please email for further information.

Further details outdoors:
This villa is perfect as the outside is split in to three sections, the pool and sunbathing area, a realaxation area with gazibo and sofas and coffee table and the BBQ area with a large table and 6 chairs. There is also an umberella to keep you shadded if you require it.

The pool is maintained twice per week to keep it spic and spam whilst you are on vacations.

The Famagusta region

A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days... Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unraveled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.

The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.

The Protaras / Pernera area

Wondering where Pernera is?

Pernera is situated just beside Protaras, a few minutes taxi ride away. Its tranquil area is made up of cafes on the seafront, local cafes, bars and restaurants with a variety of cuisines for you to try. In the evenings there is a variety of entertainment within Pernera for all age groups.

The new Marina and Beach offering you a quality holiday.

The new marina has been built to the side of the blue flag award beach ‘The Golden coast’, a sandy family beach with a picturesque look and feel to it. Having the ‘blue flag’ award it is awarded for its clean and tidy beaches making it family safe. There are lifeguards on duty at this beach and also a variety of water sports and boat trips on offer.

The New walkway has been completed in 2009 offering vacationers a unique opportunity to stay in Pernera and wander in to Protaras. The new walkway joins the two areas together and takes you on to the stunning Yianna marie beach at the beginning of Protaras. Once you are on the walkway, close to the Marlita beach hotel, it is only a ten – fifteen minute stroll to Protaras. The weaved pathway follows the coast along and is lit up in the evenings, with water fountains and benches with shaded areas all the way along.

Transport… How to get around

The great thing about the villa is that there are bus routes in pernera, so you can hop on a bus for a few euros and go in to Protaras and Ayia napa, the buses usually run every hour or so in Summer months. Also, taxis are available and car hire is a great suggestion for exploring as we drive on the left hand side and all signs are in English. Within a few minutes by car you will be in Protaras and Kapparis areas and about a 10min drive from Ayia Napa.

For children?

The Pernera Water park is ideal for younger children as there are play rooms, fun slides, lazy areas and areas for the parents to eat drink and sunbathe. Venturing in to Protaras, there are mini golf centres, Flintstones pub designed especially around entertaining children, play areas and various activities.

Supermarkets, kiosks and shops.

In Pernera you can get a taxi to the local supermarket or purchase items from the smaller shops in Pernera itself. The supermarket is only a short drive from the villa and sell most international brands, baby food, pampers and other items are available from there. There are bakeries and kiosks which are open all night long for essentials as well.

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 45 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.

'we stayed in Kristina villa this year - perfect! The villa was really homely inside and had absoloutely everything we needed, it was very clean and the representatives were great on our arrival. It really made a difference having someone to meet us, just put our minds at rest after the journey. The outside space made a refreshing change and the seating area and BBQ was a really nice touch. Having a small one, the large umberella by the pool was perfect for keeping him shaded. Highly recomended'.
