The interior of the villa is bright and spacious, the lounge area has 2 sets of patio windows leading out to the pool area and patio. The lounge features LCD television with satellite and a DVD allows you to play many of the latest DVD films in the property. The kitchen boasts many extras including ,microwave,deep fat fryer.sandwich maker. The bedrooms are fully fitted and ample bed linen provided. The main bathroom features bath,shower, WC and large vanity unit and plenty of towels are available. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also features central heating for those wishing to visit in the winter season.

The property stands in a large plot with ample parking to the front and a beautiful garden. To the rear of the property the swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful garden areas, there is a raised patio area were outside dining is available for those long summer evenings. Sun loungers are set out around the pool area and the whole of the rear of the property is private and secluded.an outside shower is also available and the entire property is fully illuminated at night. The pool is cleaned on a regular basis 2/3 times per week more if required. The swimming pool is a large fully tiled over flow pool.

The Famagusta region
Cyprus is a beautiful island where you drive on the same side of road as UK, use the same electric plugs and meet the friendliest people ever. The villa is a 30minute drive from Larnaca airport.the villa is in a prime location, you can walk into the heart of Protarus in 10 minutes and to the famous "fig tree bay" beach in 15 minutes. By local transport you can reach the colourful village of Paralimni in 10 minutes and for those in need of late nights head for Ayia Napa, a 20 minute bus ride. The brilliant water park is also found here. Those of you who want to travel further afield can head for the north of Cyprus the town of Famagusta is a 30 minute drive you will cross the border at Vryssoulles. The Troodos mountains are a 90minute drive away and well worth a visit stunning scenery and in winter you can actually ski in the mountains in the morning and sunbathe at the beach in the afternoon. Cyprus is a brilliant holiday destination with something for everyone no matter what the age.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area
Protarus is a fantastic resort were you will find plenty of bars ,restaurants, karaoke bars, piano bars. The beaches at this resort are probably the best on the island. The beaches are fantastic and every conceivable water sport is catered for. We can arrange water skiing lessons for any age and can also arrange local boat trips or full day hire please phone for details. Lots of festivals take place in the area and upon your arrival buy the Cyprus Mail which lists daily events.

It was our third time in Protaras, but first time in a villa. The pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, well and equipped and spacious. We had such a wonderful time and didn't feel the need to venture to the beach everyday as the pool and inflatables kept us thoroughly entertained. Pauleen was a great help with organising transport etc and she always replied promptly to any queries I had before the holiday. I've highly recommended the villa to friends, family and clients and I'm sure we'll be returning again. Thanks again to Pauleen x |

Spent 14 fantastic days/nights in this lovely villa. Weather hotter than I've ever known in all the years I've come to Cyprus so made plenty use of this lovely clean pool. Travelled with my partner, my daughter and 8 year old grandaughter and this villa gave us everything we could possibly need, it is a lovely bright, very clean villa and like home from home with extra benefits !! Pauline and Joe are a lovely couple who cannot do enough for their guests, they arranged our car hire which was an added bonus as well arranging our transfer to and from the airport with a very friendly, helpful driver. If you like chinese food there is a lovely Chinese on the road into Paralimini who deliver or you can eat in, their staff are great and food is amazing. The only disappointment we had was the night we had a meal in the "Red Indian" restaurant about 5 mins walk from villa, the staff were lovely and music good but 2 of us ordered a burger with our favourite sauce, Dianne. This obviously came from a tin and I suspect it was a tin of dog food, having said that, I wouldn't give it to my dogs ! There are many lovely restaurants in Protaras so please avoid this one, also avoid Rocks, which no longer serves good food but again staff were lovely. My grandaughter did not want to return home and wasn't the only one, I can highly recommend this villa, it is only 5/10 mins walk from main strip of Protaras and this gives you best of both worlds. Can't wait to return and want to thank Pauline and Joe again for allowing us to spend our holidays in their beautiful villa x One other thing, this is the first holiday I've ever had where we had comfy pillows !! We were so delighted with this villa. My fourth time in Cyprus and this was by far the best accommodation I have had there. It is in a perfect location, the pool is superb. It was so spotlessly clean and we had such a relaxing 10 days there. There was nothing we could fault. We will definitely be returning. We can see why this villa is now so well booked in advance. THE AIRCONDITIONING SUPPLEMENT is in Addition to RENTAL RATES and is as follows ---- APRIL TILL JUNE £50 per week and JULY--- OCTOBER £75 per week
Car hire is not essential. We have 20 villas in and around the Proraras area all furnished to 5*standard all with there own Private Pools.ONE OF THE VERY FEW COMPANIES TO ALLOW THERE CLIENTS TO REMAIN IN THERE VILLAS "free of charge" until alternative flight arrangements could be made due to the "VOLCANIC ASH DISRUPTION".
We also do long term winter lets please enquire for costings.We are one of the few companies who can offer credit/debit card payments but this does incur a 3%surcharge. WEDDINGS are becoming increasingly popular in Cyprus and having 6 villas on the same development means we can accomadate large groups of families and friends on one site,please call for our DISCOUNTED RATES for large groups
