This fantastic 3 bedroomed villa is ideally located for families and those looking to be very close to beach and yet only a short stroll to the bars and restaurants of Protaras.the villa has an open plan lounge /dining room spacious fully fitted kitchen downstairs cloakroom.to the upstairs of the villa are 3 fully fitted bedrooms 2 with balconies and a family bathroom with shower over.

This villa is overlooked by a staff hotel at the back of the property but gets the sunshine ALL DAY.

This villa has a large open plan/lounge and dining area with satellite tv and dvd player [bring your own dvds] the fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need for a self-catering holiday

To the upstairs of the villa there are 3 bedrooms 2x2 single beds and 1 x double bed and all bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and are spacious.2 of the bedrooms lead on to balconies with superb sea views.

The family bathroom has bath with shower over wc ,washbasin and a large vanity unit.the villa is fully air conditioned and one not to miss!!!!!!!

The outside of the villa is spacious and this villa gets the sun all day long.to the rear of the property is a spacious patio area with bbq and table and chairs.to the side of the property is the large swimming pool and sunloungers to laze your days away.

To book any of our villas we require a £350.00 deposit and final balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
There is a £35.00 per week air-conditioning supplement to be added to the rental rates from APRIL-31 MAY 2010 and £50.00 per week from 1st JUNE--30 SEPTEMBER 2010. misuse of the air-conditioning units [i.e leaving units on whilst out of property] will result in an excess payable at end of holiday.

We do not in normal circumstances ACCEPT bookings for single sex groups should an exception be made then a large security deposit would be required before arrival at villa.

Conditions

We can supply all your nursery items i.e travel cots, highchairs,stair gates etc .a small charge will be added for each item requested.

We are also able to arrange your private transfers to and from Larnaca airport at discounted prices please enquire at time of booking

We have 6 villas on our castle site and we have had an increasing amount of wedding parties booking into the villas so family and friends can holiday together please call for our group rates

The Famagusta region

Protaras has become an exciting resort for all age groups. Cyprus boasts 340 days of sunshine per year and is one of the few places were you can ski in the morning in the Troodos Mountains and sunbathe on a beautiful beach in the afternoon. Protaras centre is a 10 minute stroll and here you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, karoke bars, night club and bowling alley all for your enjoyment. The quaint town of Paralimni is a 10 minute bus ride away from the villa and well worth a visit.

Ayia Napa is 15 minutes away by car or local transport and here again you will find plenty of restaurants, bars etc and nightclubs in abundance. Also in Ayia Napa is one of the largest water parks in Europe and well worth a visit for all the family.

For Golfers a 2 hour drive will take you to the courses of Aphrodite Hills and Secret valley and both come highly reccommended.

Larnaca is a beautiful town with a lovely promenade well worth a visit especially on a Sunday when the local market is on. You can also know go over to the North of Cyprus the border being at Vrysoulles which is a 20 minute drive from the villa.

You can travel to Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour and fish restaurants and you will find everything so cheap on that side of the Island. Cyprus is a beautiful Island with plenty to see and do and were sure you wont be disappointed.

The Protaras / Central Protaras area

The villa is situated 100 metres from a beautiful beach and water sport centre. You can also catch boat trips from here taking you up and down the coast from the ghost city of Famagusta to Cape Greko were the waters are crystal clear. There are many festivals taking place in and around the Protaras area and if you buy the local paper the Cyprus Mail these events will all be detailed within this.

Our villa manager John has his own speed boat and is able to teach you to water ski this is a brilliant day out for all the family please ask John for details.

A visit to the church on the hill which is fully illuminated at night Aylos Elios is well worth a visit and the views from up there over the whole of Protaras are breathtaking. As you can see the resort of Protaras caters for all tastes and ages and i am sure an enjoyable fun packed holiday will be had by all!

Schedule airlines flying to Cyprus are British Airways and Cyprus Airways Daily flights are available from most uk airports. Should you choose to book your flights with a charter airline you could try First Choice, Fly Thomas Cook, Thomsonfly. Eurocypria again all have flights from most UK airports. Charter flights tend to fly on Wednesdays and Sundays into Larnaca Airport.

We can arrange private transfers to and from Larnaca Airport at a cost of 20 cyprus pounds each way please enquire when booking.We can also provide car hire at greatly discounted prices with local companies within Protarus again please enquire when booking.

SUE and Dave Grimshaw swansea we stayed in this beautiful villa in JULY 2009 for 2 weeks.We were met at the airport by our driver Brian arranged by Pauline once we arrived at the villa it was exactly as described on website.The villa was immaculate and our family had a fantastic holiday in this superbly located villa with a fantastic pool.The pool was cleaned for us 3 times a week by Paul who also recommended restaurants and beaches to visit.We were so impressed with the service we received we have already booked this villa for our family holiday in 2010 Many thanks to all at HOLIDAYLETTINGSCYPRUS for making our holiday one of the best we have had and a frienship that will last along time "THANK YOU ALL"
