The Famagusta District
Larnaca airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa. Larnaca is an interesting town to visit with a lovely promenade and an excellent shopping area. Nicosia the largest town in Cyprus is a 45 minute drive from the villa and has excellent shopping facilities and the town is steeped in history well worth a days visit.the north of Cyprus is fully accessible and your nearest border point is Vrysoulles which is a 20 minute drive from villa [you will need your passport].
Once across the border the town of Famagusta is well worth a visit and the quaint harbour town of Kyrenia an hours drive from border is also well worth a visit with its excellent fish restaurants around the harbour. Please ask our drivers for the details on the trips they provide for you.
Protaras / Central Protaras area
PROTARAS is a large bustling town with fantastic beaches and plenty of bars,karoke bars, international restaurants,night clubs,bowling alley there is something offered for every age group here.
PARALMNI is a 10 minute drive from villa this little town is a hive of activity and plenty of shopping and places of interest of special note is the 3 churches in the centre.
The resort of AYIA NAPA IS a 10-15 minute drive from the villa well worth a visit and it is here that one of the largest water parks in Europe is situated a brilliant day out for all the family.
Upon your arrival pick up the local paper the CYPRUS MAIL which will give you a listing and guide to all that is happening in the area festivals etc.
There are many fantastic boat trips that can be taken stroll down to the watersports centre 50 metres from villa and book your boat trip.

To the upstairs of the villa there are 3 bedrooms 2x2 single beds and 1 x double bed and all bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and are spacious.2 of the bedrooms lead on to balconies with superb sea views.
The family bathroom has bath with shower over wc ,washbasin and a large vanity unit.the villa is fully air conditioned and one not to miss!!!!!!!

To book any of our villas we require a £350.00 deposit and final balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a £35.00 per week air-conditioning supplement to be added to the rental ratesfrom APRIL-31 MAY 2010 and £50.00 per week from 1st JUNE--30 SEPTEMBER 2010. misuse of the airconditioning units [i.e leaving units on whilst out of property] will result in an excess payable at end of holiday We do not in normal circumstances ACCEPT bookings for single sex groups should an exception be made then a large security deposit would be required before arrival at villa.

SUE and Dave Grimshaw swansea we stayed in this beautiful villa in JULY 2009 for 2 weeks.We were met at the airport by our driver Brian arranged by Pauline once we arrived at the villa it was exactly as described on website.The villa was immaculate and our family had a fantastic holiday in this superbly located villa with a fantastic pool.The pool was cleaned for us 3 times a week by Paul who also recommended restaurants and beaches to visit.We were so impressed with the service we received we have already booked this villa for our family holiday in 2010 Many thanks to all at HOLIDAYLETTINGSCYPRUS for making our holiday one of the best we have had and a frienship that will last along time "THANK YOU ALL"
