About the home

Featuring an exquisite waterfront location with breathtaking views of Fig Tree Bay, perhaps the finest beach in the land, two brand new luxury flats provide all the amenities and conditions for a perfect relaxing holiday getaway, including a spectacular view of the Bay region. Formerly a beach hotel complex, the structure was totally refurbished in 2008 making way for these beautiful luxury apartments. The complex offers two outdoor swimming pools, including a children's pool, and private parking. You'll be just steps away from Fig Tree Bay Beach, the renowned luxury Capo Bay Hotel, as well as all the dining, recreation and nightlife opportunities of central Protaras.

The facility is ideally located on Fig Tree Bay Beach, yet is just minutes from the heart of Protaras within a short walk from shops, banks, restaurants and nightlife. Protaras, the tourist area of Paralimni, is only a 45 minute drive - 47 km - from Larnaca International Airport.

Both apartments are fully furnished, heated and air conditioned, sleeps six guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. Weekly maid service includes new linens and bath towels.

25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, in addition to a EUR 100 security deposit. The security deposit is refundable subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and return of keys.

Ayia Napa & Vicinity

For a little excitement, Ayia Napa, with its many clubs, bars, shops, restaurants, Luna parks and the largest themed water park in Europe - Water World - is a ten minute drive away. Enjoy daily boat rides from Ayia Napa out into the inviting Mediterranean Sea, then relax on golden sandy beaches and enjoy wonderful sunrises and sunsets while picknicking.

Even closer than Ayia Napa is Cape Greco, a national park, and one of the island's most beautiful and stunning natural landscapes with its natural bays and sea caves. Explore Cape Greco by hiking, biking or walking along nature trails of wild flora and fauna and stop to listen to the waves crash against the cliff faces. It is also possible to swim among the caves at the bottom of the cape. The spot is very popular with deep-sea fishermen, scuba divers and snorkellers.

For those more interested in historical and cultural sites, you may enjoy visiting Prophet Elias Church, with its dramatic views of Protaras; the 16th century Ayia Napa Monastery; the Thalassa Museum, dedicated to the marine heritage of Cyprus; Liopetri Fishing Refuge and Derynia Folk Art Museum.

“Excellent Location - Lovely apartments” The apartments were located on the best beach ever! We basically parked the car when we arrived and only used it when we departed. The location is ideal for just anyone as on the front side you have the beach and on the back the restaurants and bars etc. The apartments were spacious and equipped with everything you might need. We actually returned a few days later and recommended the place to friends who stayed there a few days ago. Also was sparkling clean!
