This modern FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED apartment is fully furnished to cater for your every need.
Flyscreens are fitted to the patio doors and bedroom window allowing a constant breeze throughout.
For your days down the beach or around the pool a cool box with ice blocks is provided.
But the real focal point of the apartment is the balcony...basked in sunshine from dawn till dusk and overlooking the communal pool.

Whether you like an active or lazy holiday Panorama village is the place to be.
For those of you looking for activities, this development has a fully equipped gymnasium complete with changing and shower facilities.Or...if you like running around then why not try out the new tennis court that is at your disposal.
The communal pool has a lovely bathing area with sunloungers and 2 outdoor showers complete the setting.
Above the apartment the roof terrace has fantastic sea views and overlooks the old city of Famagusta.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided on your arrival.

Conditions

Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment but,ashtrays are provided for use on the balcony and around the communal pool.
Pets are NOT permitted.
Wheelchair access is via lifts and there are disabled toilet facilities in the apartment block.
A 25% Non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking,with the balance being paid 8 weeks prior to your departure.
If the remainder of the balance is not paid by the due date the booking will be rendered void and the apartment re-let.
Full names and addresses of your party must be supplied with your booking confirmation.
A £100 damage security deposit is required that is refundable on satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
We suggest that you take out travel insurance as we shall not be held liable should any accidents etc
occur.
There is also a 45 euro charge for the washing,ironing and general cleaning of the apartment that must be left on your departure.

The Famagusta region

The Famagusta district on the east coast is by far the most attractive in Cyprus.The coastline from Kapparis all the way round to Ayia Napa is simply filled with beautiful beaches and all within a 20 min drive from the apartment.
Paralimni is the main town in this area but Deryneia and Sotira are must see villages to sample the Cypriot way of life.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

The areas of Kapparis,Pernera,Protaras and Ayia Napa offer so many attractions you just dont know where to start.All of these offer beautiful beaches but in our opinion Nissi beach in Ayia Napa is the best.Shallow waters enable you to walk out to a little island and sample the extraordinary views of the whole bay.Plenty of water sports and even a bungee jump are at your disposal.

Just up the road is the Waterworld waterpark,a fun day out for everyone.Protaras hosts Figtree bay,with its crystal clear waters and beautiful surroundings another must for your holiday itinerary.There is a whole lot more to see in the area and all can be reached by cycle, bus or car.

Nearest Airport-Larnaca-60kms-45 mins by car
Flights with easyjet cost as little as £90 return when booked 3-4 months in advance.
Taxis from Larnaca airport for 2-4 people cost between 60-65 euros.
Carhire is highly recommended as this would offset the cost of the taxi-fare on just a 1 week stay and also allow you to explore the numerous beaches and sights along the east coast from the apartment through to Ayia Napa.
