About the home

Stylish modern 3 bedroom villa with a private pool situated minutes from the Ayia Triada coast, supermarkets, restaurants and only a short ride to the lively resorts of Pernera and Protaras.The villa is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

The Villa is located in Ayia Triada between Pernera and Kapparis which is part of the Protaras area. It is located in an area that is quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing holiday but with walking distance of the sandy beaches. The nearest bars and restaurants are also 5 minutes walk away. Car hire is not necessary but advisable to best explore this beautiful Island. The main resort of Protaras is less than 5 minutes by car or take the local bus which runs through Pernera and Ayia Triada and can take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa and the Water park. In the other direction into the town of Paralimni, a traditional Cypriot town with shops, tavernas, churches and an interesting town square where you can sit in a café and watch the world go by.

All in all, this is a beautiful family friendly villa in a region of Cyprus that has it all!

Facilities

Further details indoors:
The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, television and DVD player, Playstation and CD stereo system. The dining table has 6 dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven and hob. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Stairs lead to the first floor with two double bedrooms. One has an en-suite shower room and each have a balcony which overlooks the pool. The third bedroom is a twin room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fan's. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. A full family bathroom with bath, shower and wash basin is located on this floor.

Stairs from the 1st floor then lead to the roof terrace with sea views.

Further details

Towels and bed linen are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. A change of linen is supplied if staying for 2 week's or more.If you require any extra cleans these can be arranged locally for a small extra cost.

Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Additionally a separate deposit of £250 (refundable) to cover breakages/loss, will be required along with the balance payment. This will be refunded upon inspection of our villa.

Please note, we do not accept bookings for all male/female parties. Strictly no smoking allowed in the villa, although smoking is permitted outside (ash trays are provided).

Your Nearest Beach just 5 minutes walk

The Famagusta region

This villa is situated in a desirable area with restaurants and sandy beach close by. It is close to the main resorts but far away enough to provide you with a safe, quiet and relaxing holiday. Situated on a bus route running from Paralimni to Protaras and Agia Napa.

Famagusta is the border town of North and South Cyprus so a visit to the "Ghost Town" would be recommended. Please note you may need to take out extra insurance to cover as you are "crossing the border"

The Protaras / Ayia Triada area

The villa is ideally located minutes from the beaches and a short ride to the resorts of Pernera and Protaras.There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Ayia Triada area is just to the north of Pernera and has proved very popular with many holidaymakers in recent years. Pernera beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for its clean and safe waters. There are most watersports (paragliding, pedalos, diving, jet skis etc), boat trips and other trips available to suit all ages and needs.

The villa is located approximately 3 miles from the historic town of Famagusta, 1/2 mile north of Pernera and 1 mile north of the lively resort of Protaras and 45 mins from Larnaca airport. We can arrange transport on your behalf. Once in resort there is a regular bus service as well as nearby boat trips.
