This apartment is situated on the ground floor and opens out on to a private patio which has the beautiful communal swimming pool in front of it - what a view while eating "Al Fresco". One of, if not the best location on the complex. The apartment is light and spacious with doors leading from the lounge straight on to the patio - furnished to a high standard, there is also WiFi / Internet Connection if required, there are are also Ceiling Fans in all rooms as well as Air conditioning units - there is lots of space to enjoy the sunshine
There are many tavernas, restaurants and bars within walking distance, but far enough to allow you to get a good night's sleep. The beautiful Fireman's Cove is also within walking distance. Agia Tirada, Fig Tree Bay, Cape Grecko are a few minutes' drive. This apartment has everything on its doorstep for a quiet relaxing holiday for the whole family.

The decor in the Apartment has been well thought out and is bright and cheerful with a great holiday feel to it.
There is a TV and DVD for your entertainment plus WiFi / Internet connection if required. Open plan to the lounge is a dining area which opens on to the fully equipped kitchen. There are air conditioning units in all rooms as well as ceiling fans.
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and the Second Bedroom has two Single Beds, there is also a full size sofa bed in the lounge - sleeping for 6 people. Both Bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes.
There is a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub plus overhead shower, wash basin and toilet .

This is perhaps one of the best locations on the complex with the apartment being on the ground floor and facing the fabulous swimming pool.
The poolside patio is accessible via sliding patio doors from the lounge and is a great place to eat "Al Freso", there is a dining table and chairs and a large sun shade.
There is ample space for children to play and as you are so close to the swimming pool the children can be seen from the patio.
The Swimming Pool also has Shower and Toilet Facilities nearby.
The cost includes air conditioning throughout your stay, linen, towels and a welcome pack.
To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.
The prices quoted are for a week long let, however I can quote for a 3 night stay, 10 days, etc. Please note the cost for a 4 night stay is not the price stated per week divided by 7 x 4, if staying for 4 days or more the villa has to be cleaned and laundered. Just ask me for a quote.
Normally the Apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus.
Changeover days are flexible.
If this property is not available for the dates you require, I have other properties on the same complex and the complex next door.
Wheelchair accessible - doors are wide enough, but there are no rails in place in the bathroom
A deposit of £200 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
A security Deposit of £200 is payable with the balance of rent - this will be refunded within 7 days of your vacating the property, this will be refunded providing there is no damage / breakages (normal wear and tear accepted) and the apartment is left clean and tidy and rubbish removed.
If the reservation is less than 6 weeks from the start of the holiday date, the full amount will be required,
Rentals of less than one week must be paid for on reservation.
Once full payment is received an Accommodation Voucher will be issued which you take with you to Cyprus in exchange for the keys. I have a Manager available to meet you at the Apartment with the keys (24 hour service)
The Famagusta region
This region of Cyprus enjoys an estimated 345 days of sunshine a year and is ideal for a holiday throughout the year. The best beaches on the island can be found in this region - Cape Greco, Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay and many more - many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' which means they are great for families with small children as the beaches are fine white sand which gently shelves into the crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean.
The sea is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving and there are all kinds of water sports - some quite tame and others quite adventurous!! The Troodos mountains are a great place to visit in contrast to the beaches - here you will find pretty villages and the air temperature will be a little cooler - and of course in the Winter you can Ski
You can also spend some time in Nicosia with its shops, boutiques and places of interest or visit a church or two.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Kapparis, but still only a short walk away from everything.
You will find local Bakers offering fresh bread 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - there are also other everyday products available from the supermarkets less than 1 minute away. There are many beautiful churches and a tiny church sits on the other local beach at Agia Triada.
There are Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre. Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monastries. The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.
Fireman's Cove is 0.4km away or Agia Triada is 1km . They are beautiful sheltered coves with crystal clear water - almost turquoise!! Kapparis has lots of tavernas, bars and restaurants and is along the coast from Pernera and Protaras which have even more night life.

I can arrange a Transfer for up to 6 people plus luggage from Larnaca Airport at very reasonable rates (24 hour service)
We can also arrange Car Hire at a cost of £18 per day inclusive of everything except your fuel (minimum hire period 5 days) - the car will be delivered and collected at the Townhouse and payment is on delivery. For insurance purposes the age of drivers must be 25 - 70.

have used this flat 2 years running now and will use again. Location perfect for beaches, bars, restaurants, shops all by foot, car not needed. Bus links to all destinations.

The apartment as you say is in a great location for everything and also with the swimming pool facing the property you certainly have everything on your doorstep and as you rightly say if you need to go further afield there is a great bus service which is very reasonable and children under 12 travel free of charge. I hope to see you again in 2013.

The apartment is part of a small friendly block with instant access to the pool which is great for the kids. Having access to a car during your stay is a big advantage as the local beach is quite small. Fig Tree Bay in Protaras is just a 10 minute drive.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am pleased you enjoyed the facilities at the Complex it is great idea having a patio which faces the pool from the lounge. Fig Tree Bay is lovely, but there are also many beautiful beaches before Fig Tree Bay which are within 5 minutes - but Fig Tree Bay is my favourite as well!!

We had a lovely stay in the Santa Barbara apartment. It is close to all amenities, but in a quiet location which has a lovely pool in the courtyard. This has a nice community feel to it and our 5 year old learnt to swim in there.
The beach is just across the main road, about 5 mins walk away.
The apartment has everything needed. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, everything in the kitchen needed including washing machine and the TV worked perfectly for our little girl to watch DVDs on which helped her to have afternoon naps on the very comfy sofa.
I would recommend this as a perfect location for a small family or a couple.

Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.
International payments can be made via IBAN Transfer and paid in GBP Sterling or Euros.
I can also be paid via PayPal using a Credit Card from anywhere in the World, but this will incur a 4.5% surcharge (which is what I will be charged by PayPal).
Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.

These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Deposits* paid.
