This apartment is situated on the ground floor and opens out on to a private patio which has the beautiful 12 x 6 communal swimming pool in front of it - what a view while eating "Al Fresco". One of, if not the best location on the complex. The apartment is light and spacious with doors leading from the lounge straight on to the patio - lots of space to enjoy the sunshine

There are many tavernas, restaurants and bars within walking distance, but far enough to allow you to get a good night's sleep. The beautiful Fireman's Cove is also within walking distance. Agia Tirada, Fig Tree Bay, Cape Grecko are a few minutes’ drive. This apartment has everything on its doorstep for a quiet relaxing holiday for the whole family.

A Babysitting Service is available at very reasonable rates.

The decor in the apartment has been well thought out and is bright and cheerful with a great holiday feel to it. There is a TV and DVD for your entertainment. Open plan to the lounge is a dining room area which opens on to the fully equipped kitchen. There are air conditioning units in all rooms. There are twoTwin Bedroom - plus a full size sofa bed in the lounge. Both Bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes. There is a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub plus overhead shower, wash basin and toilet .

Further details outdoors:
As this is perhaps one of the best locations on the complex with the apartment being on the ground floor and facing the fabulous swimming pool, the patio is a great place to eat "Al Freso" and has a dining table and chairs to seat 4 plus a large sun shade. There is ample space for children to play and as you are so close to the swimming pool the children can be seen from the patio.

The Swimming Pool also has Shower and Toilet Facilities nearby.

Further details

To allow for flights coming into Cyprus everyday of the week, rental periods can start and end on any day - there is no set changeover day.

The prices quoted are for a week long let, however I can quote for an overnight stay, 10 days, etc. Please note the cost for an overnight stay is not the price stated per week divided by 7, if staying for 1 day or more the villa has to be cleaned and laundered. Just ask me for a quote.

Normally the Apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are flexible.

Conditions

Wheelchair accessible - lift and the doors are wide enough, but there are no rails in place in the bathroom

A deposit of £150 will be required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

A security Deposit of £150 is payable with the balance of rent - this will be refunded within 7 days of your vacating the property.

If the reservation is less than 6 weeks from the start of the holiday date, the full amount will be required,

Rentals of less than one week must be paid for on reservation.

Once full payment is received an Accommodation Voucher will be issued which you take with you to Cyprus in exchange for the keys. I have a Manager available to meet you at the Apartment with the keys (24 hour service)

The Famagusta region

This region of Cyprus enjoys an estimated 345 days of sunshine a year and is ideal for a holiday throughout the year. The best beaches on the island can be found in this region - Cape Greco, Nissi Beach, Fig Tree Bay and many more - many have been awarded the 'Blue Flag' which means they are great for families with small children as the beaches are fine white sand which gently shelves into the crystal clean waters of the Mediterranean.

The sea is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving and there are all kinds of water sports - some quite tame and others quite adventurous!! The Troodos mountains are a great place to visit in contrast to the beaches - here you will find pretty villages and the air temperature will be a little cooler - and of course in the Winter you can Ski

You can also spend some time in Nicosia with its shops, boutiques and places of interest or visit a church or two.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Kapparis, but still only a short walk away from everything.

You will find local Bakers offering fresh bread 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - there are also other everyday products available from the supermarkets less than 1 minute away. There are many beautiful churches and a tiny church sits on the other local beach at Agia Triada.

There are Two Water Parks in the area, a Zoo and Aquatic Centre. Places of interest include the Nature Reserve of Cape Greco, the 'Famagusta' viewpoint, museums and monastries. The resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short car drive away, or by bus. Buses are cheap - approx. 1,20 Euros. Taxis are also readily available and affordable.

Fireman's Cove is 0.4km away or Agia Triada is 1km . They are beautiful sheltered coves with crystal clear water - almost turquoise!! Kapparis has lots of tavernas, bars and restaurants and is along the coast from Pernera and Protaras which have even more night life.

“Fantastic, can't wait to go back.” This was a clean lovely apartment, right next to the pool. Its was fully furnished and very comfortable. The location was perfect, its was a short walk to a lovely small beach. You could also walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, including a lovely ice cream shop and bakery. Ayia Napa, was only 20 minute drive. It was a perfect base to explore the Island. We would definitely like to go back. “Nice budget accomodation in a convinient for travel spot” We enjoyed our stay in St Barbara it is pretty comfortable if you don't expect it to be luxurious. It's perfect for 4 friends as all the beds are separate. It's nice to have a pool and a terrace to have breakfast at. The sea is about 15 mins walk though is pretty overcrowded. The area has a lot of restaurants and pubs but due to the popularity of area between British people most of the rests have fish and chips and burgers. If you don't plan to stay all the time on the beach it would be a perfect location for travelling as Turkish side is just half an hour drive and you can explore the ancient cities and empty beaches on that side. Or you can take a highway and in couple of hours you will be in ancient Pafos on a greek side or enjoy the cool air in the mountains. The rates include air conditioning, heating, linen, towels and a welcome pack plus a change of linen and towels and the beds remade after the first week if staying for 2 weeks and a change after the 2nd week if staying for 3 weeks.

If staying for a long let (over 3 weeks), linen and towel changes are not included in the prices, but laundry can be arranged separately and paid for locally in Euros

Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.

International payments can be made via IBAN Transfer and paid in GBP Sterling

I can also be paid via PayPal using a Credit Card from anywhere in the World, but this will incur a 5% surcharge (which is what I will be charged by PayPal).

Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.

These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentage of the cost of your booking, but do not include Security Deposits* paid.

* If the Security Deposit of £200 has been paid – this is refunded in full – no matter how much notice is given for cancellation.
