This new ground floor apartment has been has been finished to a high standard inside & out. Ideal for families for uninterrupted relaxation in Protaras. The apartment has 32" flat screen TV, satellite, local TV, Playstation 2 including games & DVDs. Also fully air-conditioned bedroom & living area, with ceiling fan. Heaters provided for the winter time.
*Welcome packs include sugar,tea,coffee,orange,marmalade,bread & cereal.
"Meet&Greet can be arranged to show you around the apartment! Airport transfer can be arranged from Larnaca Airport for up to 4xpeople.
Close to beaches,shops,restaurants 2-10min walk & amenities.Located on Cavo Greko ave the main road in Protaras! But set in a quiet development with access to a shared pool by 12 apartments & 15-20 walk into town centre. Horse riding nearby ,watressports as well.Bus stop is 1min walk runs every 30mins to Ayia Napa or the centre of Protaras 1euro each!**Please note, our availability calender is for 2xapartments, this is why they are not all booked, so you need to email for availability!**
We have other apartments in the same development & can cater for groups of up to 14 people! The apartments are privately owned by myself & my wife cleaned & maintained to a high standard by a small company that consists of two english couples. If group exceeds 4 people we have other apartments on the same development (2-14)people just ask when enquiring! Can help you with car hire if required! *Please note are availability calender is for 2xapartments, so you need to email for availability!** Airport transfers can be arranged
A deposit of 20% is required & paid when booking non-refundable. The remainder to be paid six weeks before departure. A security deposit of £80 is also needed for damage or breakages then refunded after you return! You can pay by paypal(3.5%charge), by cheque or bank tranfer.
Please note ** you still need your own travel insurance!

The Famagusta District is on the east coast of Cyprus & boasts lovely sandy beaches, various historical landmarks & a great relaxing atmosphere.
The Katia Apartments are located in the Cavo Greko/Green Bay area of Protaras town & near to Cape Greco, & Green Bay on the Ayia Napa side of Protaras & approximately 50kms from Larnaca Airport.
The Protaras / Green Bay area
Protaras & the whole area has a lot to offer for both young & old. Local resaurants, shops, watersports, great beaches, walking, horse riding & much more. While nearby Ayia Napa is great for night life & Paralimini great shops & large supermarkets. Whilst Protaras is more leisurely & great for couples or families.
