Home description

Perfect villa for families, ideal for walking distance to Protaras without hiring a car. The villa has a private pool for relaxing days in the sunshine.

The property is furnished with different shades of brown throughout and gentle colours of red and orange have been brought in. The living room has comfortable leather sofas with orange scatter cushions, a nice size coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player and local satellite channels. The great thing about the villa is there are plenty of windows and when opened they offer such a lovely summer breeze and there is also the air conditioning as well for your use.

The outdoor area is spectacular, with a large private pool to start with. The pool is cleaned twice weekly throughout your stay to keep it as prestige as you deserve it to be. There are sun beds around the pool so you can keep your summer tan topped up. The sun is on the pool area most of the day in the summer and winter months so you can really soak up the sun and in the evening relax in the arm chairs with your glass of wine on the coffee table, the BBQ sizzling in the background and the table and chairs laid ready to eat.

The Famagusta District

A country ideal for those sun kissed sun tans, with beautifully hot sunny days. Cyprus is known as the island of love and boast so many qualities that it is unbelievable. Unrivalled beauties lie in Cyprus amongst the beautiful crystal clear Mediterranean waters and stretches of sandy beaches you will discover amazing churches, caves and Greek monuments that will never seas to amaze.

The traditional language is Cypriot although most people speak English as well. If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. They sit and watch the world go by and you won’t be able to stop and look in amazement.

Protaras area

Protaras is an amazing family resort, with plenty of variety to offer. Try anything from mini crazy golf, be entertained by the dancing waters show, laugh at the Spynx Egyptian style bar showing break dancing shows, live fire shows and comedy acts! There is plenty of Karaoke and entertainment along the central street of Protaras and plenty of great places to eat, offering both Mediterranean foods and traditional Greek dishes along with British menu's.

In addition, there are aquariums, historic museums, water sports, scuba diving, under water walking, bowling, water parks and much much more.

Ayia Napa isn't far away, about 10minutes by car and there are bus services from Protaras which run frequently. Ayia Napa along with plenty of culture also offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and night life to keep you entertained.

How to get there

There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. When you book flights Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa.
