The Famagusta region

The Protaras / Kapparis area

The apartment is situated 800m from the beaches and has sea views from the sun terrace. It is within 5 minutes' walk of the local bars and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within walking distance. The apartment gets the sun all day from sunrise to sunset.

The apartment is located 3 minutes from Paralimni, 5 minutes from Protaras or 10 minutes from Ayia Napa for the night life. Car hire can be arranged with Phelena car rentals and a discount is available. The area boasts the 3rd best restaurant in Cyprus just at the bottom of the street.
