About the home

Armonia Exclusive Resort Apartments are located in the popular village of Kapparis, close to the Bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beaches. The complex is 5 minutes from the family resort of Protaras and 5 minutes from the town of Paralimni.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is easily accessible. The bedroom has 2 single beds with an en suite bathroom and double doors which open on the veranda and private garden area. The living area is well furnished with a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, TV and Satellite equipment, Games console, dining table and chairs.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and features an Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

The Famagusta region

The Famagusta District is located on the eastern side of the island which boasts of beautiful white-gold sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. The district has a beautiful coast line and provides great views of the famous ghost town of Famagusta located in the buffer zone between the North and South. The island enjoys on average 300 days of Sunshine per year. Temperatures range from 16 - 18 degrees during the winter months, to over 30 degrees in the summer. With towns and resorts like Ayia Napa, Paralimini, Kapparis, Protaras and Pernera all located close by, there is plenty to do for the whole familiy whilst on holiday.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis has a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops with makes it a perfect area for families and couples of all ages. Kennedy Avenue which is a short distance from the apartment has a wide variety of restaurants both traditional and modern, trendy bars, good pubs and shops which will cater for all tastes.
There are numerous small coves perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing in crystal clear waters that are a short walk from Kennedy Avenue. The beaches are gently shelving and are ideal for kids.

There is an Aquarium a short distance from Kapparis which is ideal for families and couples. For something livelier the resorts of Pernera and Protaras are just a two or three minute taxi ride away.

The nearest airport is Larnica, (65 Km) transfer time is approximately 40 - 45 minutes. Flights to Cyprus are available throughout the year from the UK and Europe from a number of airlines including:
Monarch Airlines (www.flymonarch.com) for flights from Luton, Birmingham Manchester and Gatwick
Easyjet (www.easyjet.com) from Gatwick
Cyprus Airlines (www.cyprusairways.com) from Heathrow.
