5* Elena Court is a modern apartment conveniently located within walking distance to beaches, taverna's and supermarkets.
This open plan sea view penthouse is decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard with many finishing touches. All rooms are completely air conditioned and heated with large patio doors leading onto the privately owned and spacious 72 square metre veranda. This stunning addition to the property is perfect for enjoying outdoor living and alfresco dining from the BBQ. Furnishings include a patio table & chairs together with a large shading pergola and garden features. The additional sunbeds and JACUZZI SPA add a touch of relaxation and luxury.
The functional living area contains a quality leather sofa, large rug and coffee table. Guests can view English language entertainment on the flat screen satellite TV. The well stocked kitchen contains a washing machine, oven and hob, spacious fridge freezer and a drinking water unit. Enjoy your meals inside at the dining table during cooler evenings. Water flow within the apartment is enhanced through a water pressure system. The bathroom includes a bath shower and screen. The bedroom has comfortable twin beds with good wardrobe and drawer space. Window shutters throughout the property add to privacy. Pay-as-you-go internet facility and safety deposit box.
Communal facilities include a swimming pool and elevator.
A bus stop is located directly opposite the property with private parking at both the front and rear of the apartment block for guests with car hire.
The owners run an extremely guest friendly and professional service in conjunction with their maintenance company who take care of their local needs. Martin and Helen work hard to ensure that they attract many return visitors by responding early to potential guests and maintaining contact throughout the booking process. They undertake a pre-departure check and send a thorough information guide. They will help with any required advice.
Elena Court will appeal to guests looking for a luxurious holiday within a relaxed beach resort with many beautiful beaches, places of interest and larger resorts nearby. A wonderful summer retreat for a couple and / or one other or a perfect longer term winter rental (10% discount applies).

The Famagusta region
The Famagusta region is located on the eastern side of Southern Cyprus and includes the beautiful Protaras area. You will find many places of interest near this locality therefore a car will increase your enjoyment.
The Kokkinohoria "red soil" villages are famous for their agricultural production and provide a taste of typical Cypriot life. Cape Greco, a scenic wilderness lying between Protaras and Ayia Napa, is ideal for walking or cycling. Visit the nearby Sea Cave formations and marvel at the clear blue sea. Explore the peaceful monastery in Ayia Napa, wander around the fishing harbour or try the nearby Potamos Creek. Famagusta, the deserted ghost town unoccupied since 1974, is nearby. Visit the main lookout point at Deryneia or the museum within the town to learn more. Why not take a boat trip out and explore the surrounding area by sea?
Go and see Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia or the Troodos mountains - Cyprus really is a country of day trip proportions with all locations easily accessible via the good network of motorways.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
Kapparis is a quieter, family orientated resort. From the apartment it is a ten minute walk to beautiful sheltered beach coves, supermarket, restaurants and bars.
The town of Paralimni is a five minute drive with it's historic centre and shopping opportunities.
The larger resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are ten and fifteen minutes away respectively.

All guests receive a detailed information pack and 24 hour emergency call out. Inclusive of all cleaning services and utilities. Weekly change of linen / towels. Pay-as-you-go internet service. Optional £10 welcome pack comprising bread, butter, preserve, water, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar and a small bottle of wine on arrival. Stays of less than one week will be calculated on the daily rate together with an additional £20 charge towards cleaning costs.
