Panorama Village Complex is where our apartment ( Daphne block )is located on the outskirts of Paralimni, situated on the highest point over looking Famagusta with beautiful sea views. Our newly built two bedroom apartment is conveniently located about a 20 min stroll away from Paralimni centre where you will find lots of local shops, boutiques bars, restaurants, coffee shops and many more Cypriot delights.
A 20/25 minutes walk (two minutes drive ) in the opposite direction will bring you to Kaparis, open twelve months of the year where you will find English bars offering quiz nights, superb Cypriot restaurants with waiters balancing glasses on their heads, a beautiful Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurants (with take away) and many more bars, well worth a look, something for everyone. Further down the road from Kaparis is Pernera (which boasts a small harbour beautiful beaches and good night life, following on Protaras and then Ayia Napa. All these locations are within a fifteen minute drive from our apartment.
Near to our apartment is a local butcher, glorious bakery and a convenience store all within walking distance. The nearest beach to us is Fireman’s beach and is just a two minutes drive away, you could of course go to the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras as this is only a ten minute drive but If you would prefer the busier but equally beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa then this is easily reached in approx 15 minutes
Just south of Protarus is the wide undeveloped penninsula of Cape Greko. This is worth a visit for a stroll in the afternoon, a wealth of rare flora and fauna, dramatic rock shapes with sea caves and stunning views make this area an excellent place for walkers. There is also a small fishing lane where you can watch the locals bring in the catch of the day. This is a very beautiful area to sit and watch the sun go down.

The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans.There are blackout blinds in the bedrooms to keep the rooms cool for that afternoon siesta. The main living room has two modern ceiling fans as well as a fan in the kitchen making three in all. The patio doors and windows have fly screens fitted to keep out the bugs when the doors are open, allowing the ceiling fans to circulate the incoming air and keep the atmosphere cool and clear.
The interior of the apartment is bright and very welcoming, it is furnished to a high standard with good quality fittings and all you need to make this a real home from home.
IF you enjoy staying in to cook the local cusine and enjoy dining with a nice bottle of wine on the balcony; hence you will find everything you need for a great night/dinner in. (PS If you don’t want to cook there is a fabulous Chinese restaurant in Kapparis who will deliver food for a small charge). There is also a great Pizza place two minutes drive, ten minute walk.
If you decide to stay in there is a quality DVD player plus TV with satellite to include channels such as Fox movies ,The Disney channel BBC 24 hour news and many more channels all spoken in English. There is an extensive DVD collection with a vast range of the latest movies and shows for both children and adults. There is a CD/radio player available so bring your favourite tunes and you can sit and listen to them on the balcony as a double socket is available. Remember all the sockets in Cyprus are the same as UK so there is no need to go out and buy the two pinned sockets.

The communal pool is a real sun trap and there are sun loungers provided for your comfort. The pool has its own Ladies and Gents showers & toilets with disabled access, located on the ground floor to the right facing the pool (D Block). If you prefer a little more privacy you can take our loungers up onto the sun terrace and enjoy the beautiful views, looking over the coast line and the deserted old town of Famagusta.
There is a very spacious balcony with furniture for dining al fresco, or just enjoying the Cyprus Sunshine on our reclining chairs or sun loungers.
For those of you who enjoy keeping trim there is no weekly subscription FEE both the gym facilities and tennis courts come completly FREE.

The Apartment is non smoking although it is permitted on the balcony.
Sorry but no pets allowed
A 25% non refundable deposit is required when booking with full balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure.
For stays of up to twp weeks you are required to pay a security / damage deposit of £100.00 which will be refunded in full within two weeks after your stay providing no breakages/damages have occurred.
For stays of over two weeks a 35% non refundable deposit is required,plus a £200 security/damage bond.

The Famagusta region
Southern Cyprus has a fantastic climate with over 330 days of sunshine each year. It is also home to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Island with lovely white sand and glorious warm seas. Many of the local beaches have been awarded the blue flag and you can find every kind of water sport imaginable. Cyprus offers, miles and miles of unparalleled unspoilt coastlines, the majestic Mount Olympus in the Troodos mountain range, historical and innumerable places of interest to visit If you would like to enjoy a little shopping whilst in Cyprus then make sure you go to the Capital Nicosia where the shops are really wonderful which is approx one hours drive away or Larnaca town which also hosts a large selection of trendy shops and boutiques approx forty five minutes drive.
The Protaras / Kapparis area
Paralimni is a quiet local town that is open all year it has a beautiful church, town square large children’s play area, it has a real local feel to it. Paralimni town centre host the bus terminal which will take you along to most tourist areas on the Island to include: Protars, Ayia Napa, Nicossia, Larnaca, Limosol. Bus trips are available to the local markets and across the boarder to the Turkish Quarter (pass ports are needed for this journey).

There are two main airports in Cyprus, Paphos and Larnaca. Larnaca airport is the closest to the apartment approx 40 mins straight easy drive along the motorway. If you enjoy driving Paphos airport is approx 1hr 55mins away from the apartment ,excellent motorway drive may result in cheaper flights.
Taxis are readily available at the airport or we can arrange car transfer. If you wish to hire a car try searching www. Car Econnomy for cheap deals.

We hired a car a Larnaca airport and drove to Panorama. How ever due to flight delays we were arriving in the 4 am. The drive was fairly simple.Arriving at the apartment in pitch black was a little disorientating especially as the building's are not that clearly marked for total darkness. That is my only gripe which lasted 10 minutes because I was dog tired from the flight. The apartment is excellent, modern, tastefully but amply furnished. Very clean and equipped to a standard I have never had the pleasure of encountering in the past apart from a few 5* hotels I have stayed at. If they had clothes I would just take my tooth brush. Seriously, you would have to have pretty demanding requirements to want something that is not provided in this apartment. You will need a car and one with air con. It's not that its to far to walk anywhere because it's not but trying doing that in the sun and you might need some hospital treatment. That makes it sound like its miles from anywhere and anything. A small local bus station is at the end of the road and at least 3 shops within 3 or 4 mins from the apartment. Friendly shop keepers too! I asked for a bottle of wine I couldn't see on the shelf and the lady gave me the key's to the stock room and told me to have a look! You can get into the action with a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The hire car was useful in so much we were able to go to a different beach almost every day and drive into Agia Napa 2 or 3 times in the evening for a stroll and some food. ( 10 Mins drive). My wife absolutely loved the pool on the complex which just her size not being a confident swimmer. The small complex of new apartments is occupied by locals and holiday people alike and is kept very clean, tidy and the noise level is unobtrusive. This is a great place to have a base for exploring the local beaches and towns and if not it's great for a day by the pool too. I am sure it's impossible to be disappointed if you book this apartment. Also the booking process is simple, and professional and actually a pleasure to do and you can't say that about most things like that. In my personal experience I would fly Ryan Air not Thomas Cook . Ryan Air on board experience is no worse or better than Thomas Cook but at least with Ryan Air you know you likely to be on time.

This lovely apartment is definitely comfortable and familiar!
Me and my girlfriend have found here an oasis of comfort and peace. The apartment is furnished and stylish, spacious inside and with all that can be used in a vacation.
It' s located in a convenient location for exploring the beautiful beaches of the island.
Gaynor is quick to respond to emails and very kind, that has made the booking process very easy!
We recommend this apartment with pleasure, good for families with children but also perfect for a couple like us!
