About the home

This modern apartment is situated on a complex,close to local beaches with all local amenities in easy reach,such as supermarkets,Tavernas, Bars and restuarants.The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need to make a meal, to enjoy al fresco on the large balcony,or indoors on good quality furniture.The local area offers,Bike rides,walks,snorkelling and fishing trips.
The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard, with wide screen satellite TV and DVD player, with a free selection of films. Comfortable sofas and dining for six people.Very modern and quiet air conditioning throughout for your comfort.Cool off in the shared swimming pool.Separate child pool. There is a play area for the kids.The open plan kitchen,dining and living area lead on to the spacious balcony.
The apartment is, home from home,located a short walk from bars,restaurants,or if you wish dine indoors and watch one of the selection of DVDs. The local bus stop is located right outside the complex, so you won't be isolated if you do not want to hire a car.Single trip costs 1 euro,or get an all day ticket for 2 euro.

The main bathroom consists of bath with shower over and screen. The shower room has fully enclosed shower unit. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. Please provide your own towels for poolside and beach.Dual aircon for all year round comfort.

The apartment has a large balcony with patio furniture for 6. There is a private parking space allocated for the apartment. There is a communal swimming pool and a children's pool. Sun loungers are provided.shower rooms and communal toilets for convenience.

The complex features an outstanding gym, wellness and spa centre with steam room, jacuzzi, salt cave, hair and beauty salon. Membership to the gym is complimentary for guests, other facilities are at extra cost.

Linen and towels are provided for the apartment. Please bring your own towels for outside use.
This is a no smoking apartment.Because of the high quality of furnishing,we respectfully ask you not to smoke inside.

Conditions

A 20%non refundable deposit will secure a booking,the balance being due not less than 6 weeks before departure.Bookings being made 6 weeks or less before departure requires full payment . Airport transfer can be arranged, please enquire at time of booking.A welcome pack will be there on your arrival, ideal for that late arrival cuppa and a continental style breakfast. High chair and infants cot can be supplied at a small supplement.
Payments by debit and credit cards accepted thru PayPal,cheques and bank transfer.
We will try and accomodate a late departure from apartment for our guests who have late flights,at no extra cost.

The Famagusta region

To get an accurate location on GOOGLE EARTH, type into search, Demari wellness and Spa, Protaras, Paralimni, Cyprus.
The Famagusta district of southern Cyprus, blessed with 330 days of sunshine a year,sandy blue beaches and charming villages.Two of the better known resorts of Ayai Napa and Protaras are situated just short drives away from the apartment. Famagusta retains much of its character as can be seen in Parallimni, Dherynia and many local villages.Good roads will easily get you to the capital city of Nicosia, also Limasoll and Larnaca.
Also well worth the two and a half hour drive to the Troodos mountains. The Turkish side of Northern Cyprus is10 minutes drive.Visit the northern side independently or as part of an organised tour.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis is an up and coming area of its own and you do not have to go to Protaras or Ayai Napa to enjoy a meal or a drink in one of the many restaurants or tavernas.All within walking distance of the apartment.
Ideal for beaches, a winter sun break, walking, cycling and a good night-life. . Local beaches are a 10-15 minute walk away were you can sun,swim or snorkel.Many of the bars in Kapparis offer internet connection.Eating out in Kapparis offers you delicous local cypriot food, italian and chinese.

Fly to Larnaca airport, 55klm away, 45minute taxi transfer. Thomas Cook, First Choice, Cyprus Airways, Monarch Airways, British Airways are a few of the airlines that fly into Larnaca.

Thanks again for providing the wonderful apartment.We had such a good time and your accommodation was a big part in that, the location is excellent for good beaches, the pools were superb, just right for my 2 and 7 year olds.The flat itself was very well kitted out,had everything we needed and was roomy enough so we weren't falling over each other. I would certainly recomend you to deal with and the apartment to stay in.

We would like to say that Derek's apartment was superb and decorated/furnished to a very high standard.The cleanliness was faultless.The area of Kapparis was quaint and had a good selection of bars/restaurants and supermarkets.The local beaches were only a short walk away and were lovely.The bus serice directly outside the complex ran a regular service,so hiring a car was not essentail for the locality.We highly recommend Derek's apartment to anyone who is looking to holiday in this area of Cyprus.Thank's again Derek for a memorable holiday.
