A large dining table provides seating for six. The lounge room accommodates two 2 seater sofas and an arm chair. A flat screen TV, satellite, music centre and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
A guest W.C. is situated on this level for convenience.
Patio doors lead out to the rear garden which is equipped with patio furniture.
First Floor
All three bedrooms are situated on this floor and consist of one double bedroom and two twin rooms. All have built in wardrobes and split air-conditioning.

The Famagusta region
There are abundant and varied places to see in Cyprus, evoking the interest of every person from the ages of 2 years to 90 years of age, from the idyllic coastal seashores to the inland archaeological sites where various and truly amazing artefacts can be found to those interested in ancient history.
Cyprus can boast weather for all seasons from the abundant orchid trees with their pastel blossoms blooming in spring, to the wonderful, winter snow capped mountains and throughout autumn and winter seasons, Cyprus is still blessed by the Gods, of having plenty of clear blue skies and sunny days.
The Protaras / Pernera area
Situated on a small complex of similar villas in the holiday resort of Pernera. A three minute walk takes you to the Marlita beach. There are bars restaurants and shops within walking distance.
A five minute drive or 35 minute walk will take you into the resort of Protaras and the fabulous beach at Fig Tree Bay.
Pernera and Protaras are filled with enjoyable restaurants, bars small unique shops and of course wonderful beaches for those lazy sun soaked days. Alternatively, a 7 minute ride into the municipal town of Paralimni you can enjoy a day out shopping with some exclusive boutiques, cafe's, fully stocked supermarkets and banks.
