This new ground floor apartment has been well finished inside and out. Ideal for families or couples looking for uninterrupted relaxation in Protaras. The apartment has 32" flat screen TV,with Satellite ,Playstation 2 including games & DVDs. Also fully air-conditioned bedrooms and quality ceiling fans+air-con in the living area. The apartment is very cool in the warm weather . *Welcome packs includes sugar,tea,coffee,orange,marmalade,bread & cereal.Meet&Greet can be arranged.
We can offer a New Nissan Tiida car free with the apartment if required** to explore the area! But a car is not essential where the apartment is located.* See conditions below! There is also a bus service 1min walk away, that runs every 30mins to Ayia Napa or the Centre of Protaras 1euro each .We will also have a 4xbed Villa available on the same complex from the May 2010"
Close to beaches, shops, restaurants 2-10min walk and amenities but set in a quiet development with access to a shared pool & 15-20min walk into town centre.The apartments are on Cavo Greko ave, the main road in Protaras! Horse riding nearby as well. Bus stop is 1min walk!We have other apartments in the same development, please contact the owner for further details. If group exceeds six people we have two one bedroom apartments on the same site(2-14 people)& a 4xbed villa available from May 2010. Just ask for details when enquiring. **If taking car with apartment the main driver needs both parts of there (EU) Driving licence, no major claims or convictions, needs to be between 25-70 years old, have held there licence for at least 2 years & would pay £200 of the insurance excess in the event of an accident if they where at fault**! Offers on now on for winter lets**
A deposit of 20% non refundable is paid at time of booking. The remainder paid six weeks before departure. A £80 security deposit is payable with final payment, or when you arrive refundable if no damages or breakages on your return. Please remember you still need your own travel insurance!

The Katia Apartments are located in the Cavo Greko/Green Bay area of Protaras town & near to Cape Greco, & Green Bay on the Ayia Napa side of Protaras & approximately 50kms from Larnaca Airport.
The Famagusta District is on the eastern coast of Cyprus and boasts lovely sandy beaches, various historical landmarks and a great, relaxing atmosphere.
The Protaras area
Protaras and the whole area has a lot to offer for both young and old. Local restaurants, shops and water sports are all available including Horse Riding! Nearby Ayia Napa for night life & Paralimni for great shops whilst Protaras is more leisurely and is great for families. You can relax at a cafe and look out to sea, or go for a walk along the clifftops.
