Our Amadora Luxury Villa has a Private Pool, sun beds for every guest; BBQ & outdoor furniture. Furnished to an incredibly beautiful and luxurious standard Villa Rose is guaranteed to leave you feeling pampered and relaxed, however long your stay. Each room is decorated to a superb standard creating a luxurious and sensuous ambiance, wonderful for anyone wishing to relax in luxurious surroundings. You will want for nothing!!

Patio doors lead to your own private outdoor area with overflow swimming pool and private sun terrace where you can find a barbecue, patio furniture and sun beds for yourself and your guests to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. FREE Wi-Fi in our villa.

A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday of 7 or more days is required to secure your dates and choice of villa. The Balance is due 60 days before your arrival. All credit card bookings are subject to a 3.% additional fee. Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival will require full payment.

A security deposit of €300 is required with the balance 60 days prior to departure. This will be refunded within a week of arrival back home following a satisfactory departure report.

For a small charge we will also provide transport to the local supermarket for you to stock up, at any time during your stay.

The Villa must be vacated by 11:00 am on the morning of departure and access to the villa on arrival will be 4pm or after.

Complimentary Food and drink Welcome packs are provided for guests who are staying for a minimum of 4 nights. Guests who are staying for less than 4 nights can be provided with the welcome pack at a charge of €15. The welcome pack consists of Orange juice, bottle of white wine, sugar, milk, coffee, biscuits, bread, 1ltr bottle of water, tea, jam and butter.

The Famagusta region

Famagusta area has the softest golden sandy beaches. The region of Famagusta is also known as ‘Kokkinochoria’ which means red-soil villages. The most popular tourist places are Ayia Napa and Protaras.
Ayia Napa was a small fishing village and now is a major tourist centre with a fantastic harbour and miles of sandy coast line. Ayia Napa is famous for its night life and beautiful Nissi Beach. One can enjoy a huge variety of cuisine from around the world in Ayia Napa’s restaurants.

Few miles away from Ayia Napa is Protaras a great place for family holidays with the famous Fig Tree Bay, Pernera Bay and Konnos Bay. Protaras offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement park and night time entertainment.

Pernera is a cosy resort nestling down along the coast and it has some great sandy coves with restaurants overlooking the warm Mediterranean ocean. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going with lots of shops, pretty bars and friendly restaurants to choose from.

Only 3 miles away from Pernera Bay one can find the Kapparis resort which borders with Northern Cyprus and the ‘ghost’ town of Famagusta. You can see the old port of Famagusta city which until the Turkish occupation in 1974 was the main port of Cyprus.

Paralimni is the main cosmopolitan town on the west side of the coast and is situated within a short distance of the main resorts. You will find everything you may ever need here including a Hospital, Clinic, several large supermarkets a cinema, coffee shops, restaurants, designer clothing stores and even a branch of Marks and Spencer!

The Protaras area

Protaras has the most exclusive beaches namely Fig Tree Bay, Pernera Bay and Konnos Beach with clear sparkling turquoise seas and silvery sands.

The weather in Protaras is warm all year round, the summers are long and hot and the winters are very mild.
Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, water park and night time entertainment.

Car not necessary. Villa Rose is situated only 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and a small water park in Pernera, and 15 min stroll from the Protaras main street and Fig Tree Bay.

Our villa is located close to all amenities so no car is required. We can arrange to take you to a large supermarket to stop up on goods for an additional charge.

Pernera, lying between Protaras and Prelimini is a short walk away and is a thriving coastal resort with a lovely beach, bars, restaurants and even a water park. The main Protaras strip & Fig Tree Bay beach are about 15 min walk away or a short bus ride.

Guaranteed all year round sunshine, it's a perfect holiday location, just 4 hr from the UK & a 45 min drive from Larnarca airport. Protaras and indeed the whole of Eastern Cyprus is a safe haven with its zero tolerance on crime, making it without doubt one of the safest places in the world to visit.
