This stunning modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the Green Bay area of Protaras, just 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach and a 20 minute stroll to the heart of Protaras. This villa has everything to accommodate your holiday needs and much more. You will find fabulous views of Protaras coastline from the roof top terrace furnished with outside lounge furniture, accessorized with orange and green accessories which prevails throughout the villa. This roof terrace is for pure relaxation, an ideal spot to watch the sunrise/sunset or just to sit back and unwind after a busy day. Enter the villa here down the marble staircase to the next level where all the 3 bedrooms are located. The master and second bedroom are both double rooms providing built in units and adjoining en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. The third bedroom has twin beds, again with built in units, en-suite bathroom and TV with Playstation 2 (games not included) for everyone to enjoy. Continue down the staircase to the ground floor which is light and spacious where the dark leather suite contrasts against the light tiled floor. Green and orange cushions with a green coffee table gives the villa a contemporary look but still welcoming and extremely homely. The lounge includes a Plasma TV with an International satellite system and i-pod docking station. At the opposite end of the room you will find the dining furniture by Patio doors looking out to the garden and pool area. The beautifully designed kitchen has plenty of storage space and all amenities required including microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor unit, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside you will find a nice sized patio area, equipped with a gas bbq and outside dining furniture to accommodate 6 people, perfect for an evening in. The private pool (approx 8 x 4m x 1.5m max depth) is surrounded by a large tiled area, where 6 sun loungers and a parasol are provided. There is also an outside shower for your convenience. Situated at the side of the villa a table tennis table is provided which will bring out the kid in all of you. The villa is gated and secure (perfect for children) with palm trees, potted plants, outside lighting and pool lights perfect for alfresco dining. Perfect for wedding parties as we have multiple villas on the same complex. The whole villa is fully air conditioned (for cooling or heating) which is included in the rental price. A safe is provided for the guests use. Baby cots and highchairs or extra put up beds are available on request for a small fee.

The Famagusta District

Famagusta crystal clear golden sandy beaches gently embrace the costal line of the island. The popular resort of Protaras is a paradise haven for those who love the sea, sun and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages including the beautiful church of Profitis Elias at the top of a hill with outstanding views of Protaras town.

Not to be missed is the picturesque cape Greko national park which is an area of outstanding beauty and is well worth a visit for cycling, hiking and cliff diving. The town of Paralimni is a short drive and offers a varied combination of local tavernas, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a wide variety of cafe-bars.

The town square in Paralimni has two beautiful churches which attract visitors from all over the world. Protaras is a major tourist resort and together with its beautiful beaches, luxury hotels, restaurants and sophisticated night life, has become one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Med.

The contrast is dramatic, from the ever changing, rugged coastline of Cape Greko, to some of the best Water-skiing waters in the Med some days it's like a mirror. Konnos Bay is in my opinion has to be the best Stunning Beach on the Island, even the drive down the hillside will have your Jaws Dropping!
The beaches are what Protaras is most famous for and they stretch for over 10 miles. Fig Tree Bay is one of the finest and well known beaches in the world and well worth a visit. Being on the East coast it’s also the best part of the island to watch the spectacular Cyprus sunrise (approx 06:00am)
Protaras is known as the land of windmills, going back to the days when this was a farming area. Now it has become an amazing resort with over 300 established Restaurants - Bar Cafe - Tavernas.

Shop till you drop takes on a new meaning here from quaint Boutiques to Designer sunglasses Protaras has it all. The wide pedestrian walkways with the new one way, twisty turny, road system, lined with trees and water fountains, has transformed Protaras into a stylish resort that is ideal for all ages.
The views from Profit Elias Church, situated on a hill top overlooking Protaras, will never fail to take your breath away but try and make the walk up the 168 steps to the top on a cool part of the day.
