Mesogios Villa is a luxurious 3-bedroom property located close to the heart of the popular resort of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay. It is set in a relaxing area near to the beach and provides sea views from the pool deck and the balconies of the bedrooms. Millionaires row is 300 yards away.
On the ground floor of the villa is the main living area complete with Satellite TV and a Playstation 2 with comfortable seating for six, a dining area with a table and seating for six, WC and fully fitted modern kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven/hob and washing machine.
On the first floor of the villa is the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds (1 with balcony and sea views) and 1 double bed (with balcony and sea views), all of which have fitted wardrobes (extra bed available for child and cot space to 2 bedrooms).
To the rear of the villa is the private pool with the surrounding sun terrace, which provides luxurious sun beds and patio furniture, outside shower and barbecue area.
