Detached 2 bedroom villa in Pernera with private pool and air conditioning situated in a peaceful location. This villa is ideal for families. It is a few minutes walk into the centre of Pernera where there are several restaurants, bars, small supermarket and some beautiful sandy beaches. Sleeps up to 6.
Villa on one floor comprising spacious open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Dining table and 6 chairs. Lounge overlooks garden, pool and patio area. Spacious kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and full complement of utensils, crockery and glassware.
2 bedrooms – one with four poster double bed, one with bunk beds and a matching ¾ bed. Both are air-conditioned and have wardrobes. Sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom has a shower, w.c. and washbasin. The pool is 10m x 5m (max. depth 2.5m). The large garden has flower beds and a lawned area and is fenced all round. BBQ, shower, hammock, and an extensive selection of children's toys Air conditioning included.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus is a fantastic holiday destination with a great climate and over 300 days of sunshine a year on average. The south of the island offers good beaches, ancient ruins and temples, quiet inland villages and landscapes, skiing on Troodos Mountain, watersport activities and a vibrant nightlife in the larger towns.
Protaras / Pernera area
A few minutes walk into the centre of Pernera where there are several restaurants, shops, supermarket and bars and some beautiful sandy beaches. A five minute drive will take you to the busy resort of Protaras and the stunning Fig Tree Bay. Protaras is a busy resort with many restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. There is a waterpark, mini golf, and plenty of other attractions. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive with a lovely harbour area, shops, monastery, funfair as well as a buzzing nightlife. The town of Paralimni is a 10 minute drive and has 2 large supermarkets, unusual shops and cafes
How to get there
Larnaca airport is the nearest to the villa and is a 50 minute drive. Paphos airport is about 2 hours away.

Bathrooms: 1 - with shower, w.c. and washbasin. There is a spare set of linen and towels for each arrival, however beach towels are not included and we ask clients to provide their own.

Villa Christina is walking distance to the beach. There are a good selection of local tavernas nearby, and the resort of Protaras is a 5 to 10 minute drive. A car is recommended, but not essential. The nearest store for small grocery items is the petrol Station which is 5 mins walk away at the most. Large supermarket in Paralimni about 5 minutes drive. Other small supermarkets in the resort of Pernera.

Terms of Booking:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the villa with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer into our UK or Cyprus bank account or by debit/credit card via Paypal but this does incur a 3.5% service charge.
For 2009 bookings we are currently taking a 25% deposit now to reserve the villa with a further 25% payable by the end of January 2009. The balance is then payable 8 weeks before the arrival date.
We only accept family bookings at this villa and do not accept bookings from single sex parties.
