About the home

Fantastic spacious & luxurious 2 bedroom apartment which is fully air-conditioned/heated throughout. With a large double and twin bedroom with spacious built in wardrobes and plenty of storage, an open plan kitchen complete with breakfast bar, dining and living area -all furnished to very high standard. The living area opens out onto a large furnished balcony which is also accessed from the master bedroom - ideal for dining al-fresco on summer evenings.

The apartment is on the first floor with its own allocated parking space and boasts sea-views to the front, and also overlooks the development's Tennis Courts – for those who are feeling sporty.

The dining table is extendable with 4 chairs, there are also 4 adjustable height bar stools for the breakfast bar. Full bed linen and bath/hand towels are included. There's also quilts for the cooler months.

There is a 32inch flatscreen tv with DVD player and satellite. There are hundreds of international channels to choose from with a selection of british channels..including Disney Channel for the kids.

The apartment has it's own allocated covered parking bay on the block.
There is an on-site kiosk where snacks and drinks will be available.
There is a floodlight tennis court for all guests to use free of charge. There are tennis rackets and balls for use during your stay in the apartment.

The Great Kings Complex has a huge stunning communal pool, complete with paddling pool for the younger children. This includes free use of the sun-loungers and parasols and there are also poolside showers, basement showers and wc, and disabled toilets.

Full pre-arrival clean. Linen and towels are refreshed weekly for stays of 14 days and beyond (we do not provide beach towels).

Our fully inclusive prices include 24 hour emergency call out, and full use of electricity, air conditioning, heating and satellite television.

A welcome grocery pack containing basic provisions can be arranged (Payable locally).

The Famagusta region

Famagusta is famous for some on the most spectacular beaches and clear turquoise waters. Along the coast are the resorts of Ayia Triada (Beautiful, picturesque beaches), Pernera (Marina), Protarus(The famous Fig-Tree Bay) and Ayia Napa(Waterparks and nightlife!), where the beaches and coves blend from one to another. The area is scattered with small villages where the old meets the new and the traditions still live on.

The Protaras / Kapparis area

Kapparis is open all year round and close to the town of Paralimni. It has beautiful coved beaches and plenty of bars, restaurants and tavernas. An unspoilt peaceful beach resort to relax and rewind with breathtaking scenery all around, perfect for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. Kennedy Avenue is a 10 minute walk with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The local beaches provide shallow water ideal for children and the local Zoo boasts panoramic views over the ghost town of Famagusta. The local town of Paralimni is only a few minutes drive away which blends the old town and new town side by side. There are lots of boutiques and shops to spend your days browsing and the market square with the fountain and sheltered children’s play area are ideal to take a break. It’s like a shoe-shopper’s heaven! There’s even an M&S.

Larnaca airport (LCA) is the nearest and approx 45 minutes away. Paphos Airport (PFO) as an alternative is approx 2 hrs away.

Driving is so easy in Cyprus, they drive on the same side as home, the signs are in english and greek and there are lots of car rental companies who have airport pick-ups and drop-offs.

The apartment is within walking distance of all facilities but we would recommend hiring a car to fully appreciate what the island has to offer. If you don't fancy driving, taxis are available at Larnaca airport at approx €60. Alternatively we can arrange Larnaca airport transfer at €50 each way payable locally.

Had lovely holiday in a lovely apartment, also the complex itself was very nice, in fact we would like to come back for a quicky in October for 10 days. My wife's sister has always wanted to visit the better end of Cyprus. Have already got interest for your apartment with friends and family so I am sure we will be booking something (perhaps late May because July too hot 38 degrees under the brolly on the beach front is much too much).

When we arrived we were expecting a lovely apartment but it was even better then we could have imagined. Your contacts were so helpful during our stay and gave so much information. The complex was so clean and spacious and the pools were fantastic for the kids. Already looking at flights again for next year.
